Mark was a life saver. Came same-day to my house after hours and even though my line was much worse than we thought it would be, he was such a good sport about it. Will absolutely be using them for all my future drain needs, much better than any other local folks I've worked with. Highly recommend!

Mark was the only emergency plumber to get in touch with me when I called several and waited for a response. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Power Rooter! Mark fixed two of our bathtub leaks and one was a real challenge but he didn't stop until it was complete! Our second leak went much smoother for him and he was done quickly. His pricing is more than fair and he gives a cash discount! Mark was able to come clear our clogged toilet and was very thorough. He ran several tests to make sure the problem was resolved and gave us hints to be sure it didn’t happen again. We asked lots of questions and he explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. He stuck to his quote and left the bathroom clean.
