House Cleaning reviews in Pueblo, Colorado

My company hired this company to clean a vacant unit. They went to the house and didn't clean anything. The house was recently remodeled in most of the other areas and the only area that really needed cleaning was the kitchen. They didn't clean out the cabinets, they refused to clean the refrigerator, they also didn't clean the stove. They were there for hours and charged as such. Then sent a message stating that they all had to leave because they had to pick their children up from school. When I tried reaching out to them about the issue and how it was almost $800 for the cleaning and nothing was cleaned, there was no resolution. They offered to go back to complete the job at the normal rate, didn't offer any other option. Then I reached out to them again and again with no response to try to resolve the issue with something that would work for both parties and there was no response from them. We will NEVER use this company again, very unprofessional.

Have used Merry Maids for many years and have always been happy with the service and work they do. Kyla and Jenna cleaned most recently and as with the others did a great job and I never have any concerns leaving them alone to do the work.

Carolyn and Melissa did an outstanding job cleaning my house! They were quick, thorough, and the kindest gals! Highly recommend having them clean your space!

The service from Merry Maids in the past was absolutely wonderful. So, I called them again to do a pre-move in Deep Clean. Boy, were we disappointed!! We arrived at the new house just as the 3 person team was getting ready to leave. We did an inspection and found a laundry list of things that were told would have been done, and weren't!!!
Cobwebs were in all the closets. The corners of each room had cobwebs at ceiling height. Cobwebs, dust and grime covered the tops of the kitchen cabinets, toilets were not thoroughly cleaned, as we found used Qtips stuck to it's base and behind the seat. There were cobwebs everywhere in the Laundry Room, the light fixtures were left with insects in the globes, cobwebs/ dirt on all the light fixtures. The downstairs linoleum was not swept or mopped. The carpet in the 2nd bedroom was not vacuumed. The window sills were not wiped out. All these things were quoted in the estimate and not done correctly. Lastly, the vehicle that the team arrived in leaked oils all over our driveway!!!! The team members, to their credit, were exceptionally nice as they left. When we got the invoice, we literally gasped!! We were quoted one price, then we saw that number doubled plus $10.00. I called and spoke to them hoping to amicably resolve the issues. The offered to send out a new clean team an repeat the job at no charge. Too late!! We were on a deadline, and the house was full of furniture and boxes!!! I asked for a credit to be applied for a very unsatisfactory job, but was told the most they could do was $50. If you have any plans on using this outfit, please, please rethink. Never, and I mean never again for us!!!!

We asked them to clean JUST the stove…. they charged our card $800 and didn’t even leave the stove clean!!!! We were SHOCKED!!! They had our card in file and they just helped themselves to charging us whatever they wanted.

EDIT: It was Merry Maids. The clean was under my husband’s name. Ignore their response to my review. They are scam artists!!!

Kelly and Letty cleaned our house today. We've had Merry Maids come before and they did a nice job, but these ladies really went above and beyond, with a lot of attention to detail. I included a picture of my toddler's bed as an example of their thoughtfulness. I hope we get Kelly and Letty again!

I’m stressed due to my move out of state and having my old place clean is the last thing I want to accomplish, and Angelic and Aimee didn’t disappoint me! They’re very thorough, professional and nice and they make sure my place is clean and smells good before I turned it over back to my landlady. I highly recommend them both! 👍🏽

We’ve been using Merry Maids in Pueblo for about 2-1/2 years. We do a monthly cleaning only. They have always done an excellent job, pleasant/friendly workers, and handle our special requests well (use our mop for hardwood and so on). We’ve been VERY pleased with their service - and the price is right too!

Erica an her staff is the best jada n Nara are amazing I would give these woman 5 stars had everything from top to bottom sparkling especially all the baseboards around the house to trims of the windows over fridge and microwave and laundry room there are amazing I would definitely recommend

Melissa and Carolyn take care of our office space. They are a welcoming face and we love to see them. They accommodate all of our special requests and are on point the entire time! We look forward to their services and so grateful for their awesome work!

RATE 0 STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY PERFORM SUBPAR WORK & CHARGE EXORBITANT PRICES! I repeatedly complained about the cleaning services & the last service I cancelled all future services. I was told I would receive a refund for the last service. 2 weeks later, I inquired about the refund & then was told they would issue 1/2 the refund. DISHONEST! Then when I complained & told them I would dispute the charge, they told me to dispute the whole charge. I've complained about serivce multiple times, about my house doors being left open, unlocked, etc. My patio doors were left cracked, so God knows what came in my house. The last service the kitchen counters weren't touched, let alone cleaned, the floors in the entire house (bathrooms included) weren't swept or mopped, but I stil should pay almost $300 for the service!!!! Yet I had ALWAYS PAID IN FULL for my services despite the subpar work. They offered the full refund & then didn't bother to issue any refund! I reached out & was offered 1/2 of the refund! RIDICULOUS!

Melissa and Carolyn did such a wonderful job cleaning our home we just purchased. It was definitely better then I expected and they worked hard the entire time they were here! I would have them time and time again but the cost is a little high for me. Great job girls!

They did a "deep clean" service for us today and we were very happy with their pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service. I hired Merry Maids to come and clean my house before I had a party at my house. I was very pleased with the service from the beginning to the end and they did a great job. Not to mention they saved me a lot of time.

I have been using Merry Maids for almost 2 years. We own our own company and it such a relief to not to have to do the cleaning on the weekends. We have quite a bit of sports memorabilia large and small in our home and they are careful with it and do an awesome job of keeping them dust free. Kyla and Jenna do an awesome job. Cleaning a home with 2 dogs and 2 cats can be challenging especially during the shedding seasons. All that hair doesn't effect their quality of work. I can't say enough great things about them. Give Kyla and Jenna the opportunity to help you. You will not be disappointed.
