My wife and I purchased a home where the A/C unit was installed by Steele Brothers just two years ago. Unfortunately the system stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had a rocky start at first trying to get some technicians out to our house to inspect the unit. However, Joann did a fantastic job making it a priority to send technicians out to our house on short notice. The technicians were very professional and were able to fix the unit on the spot. I'm very appreciative for their professionalism and ability to make a new customer happy with working A/C! I'd definitely recommend!

Steele Bros was extremely helpful when we found out, 3 days before listing our house for sale, that we needed a new furnace. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and super helpful during a very stressful time! They were able to get us a new furnace installed and looking great just in time for our listing to go live, and showings to start rolling in! They even went above and beyond to make sure the furnace room was sparkly clean for a great presentation. Their installers showed up on time and were fast, efficient and very friendly. We've got 2 very curious dogs, and 2 even more curious little boys. Steele Bros guys never seemed bothered by any of the curiosity and took the time to listen to the boys. Finally, they cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have to do a single bit of extra work to have the house presentable. Steel Bros is an excellent company and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you, Steele Bros!

Steele Brothers installed a new Carrier Infinity system in our Littleton home 3/2020, furnace and AC, and also an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Our house is 35 years old and there are challenges when replacing major systems in older homes. Steele Brothers excelled in every way: they designed and recommended an ideal system, they installed it on-time and with the upmost care and professionalism. I am a stickler for details and doing things right - and Steele Brothers delivered complete satisfaction. Their price was very reasonable all things considered. The after-the-sale service we got to take care of minor issues was exceptional. Friendly, made us a priority, and stood behind their work 110%. My son used them to install a new Carrier HVAC and Aprilaire 800 in his townhouse in Littleton a couple months ago. He had the same experience we did. If you want the job done right, with excellent service - Steele Brothers is highly recommended!!! A family owned company that understands the value of great customer service.

Blake was amazing. He was so patient and thorough with his answers to my questions. He told me what he thought was best and how they'd get it done. He did exactly what he said and even made some adjustments during the job that saved me some money and helped the performance of my system. He installed a new thermostat straight and square on the wall and it looks great. Overall, I'll call Steele Bros again and definitely request Blake. Nice work Blake! Thank you.

Steele Bros saved the day! Our heater stopped blowing hot air during a winter chill ❄️ , they were able to quickly and professionally correct the issue. I was very impressed with Steele Bros heating they made it easy to have my 30 year old furnace replaced, from the sales rep to the installation everything was well done. Pricing was reasonable and the tech support did a nice job removing and installing the new unit including a new touch screen thermostat and setup. I would highly recommend Steele Bros for any HVAC work needed in your home.

On July 3rd in the evening my wife and I noticed the AC was not working. I put a call into Steele Bros and David walked me through troubleshooting the system, which took till about 10p. We came up with a patch for the AC to work through the holiday weekend. The next week Luis came out to fix the AC. It was a great experience working with the team from Steele Bros!
