I called when I saw our downstairs toilet leaking water down into the basement. Marc from Walter & Sons Plumbing showed up earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. He quickly found out the leak had been going on for some time and the subfloor was pretty wet. Marc took care of reinstalling the toilet and stopped the leak for now. He explained everything clearly and let us know that we’ll need some more repairs to fix the water damage under the floor. Marc was professional and worked efficiently with what he could do today. We’ll be scheduling the next steps soon.

I really appreciate the great work and helping me keep my home safe.
