We moved in summer ‘22 and the previous owners left the yards begging for proper care and as much as we would have liked it to work out, the neighborhood teen we hired last year did a good job but not great.

I don’t have a before, but here’s the after pic summer ‘23. I hired Matthew to take care of my yards this season (I had a few surgeries this year that got in the way) and Matthew has been great to work with, showed up when he said he would, and has been very responsive.

We are so pleased with the yard CLC designed and completed. Carter designed our side yard around our hot tub, it is absolutely perfect - too pretty to be hid behind a fence!!! The CLC team worked super hard and implemented Carter's plan to perfection. They corrected a drainage issue we had and now it is perfect. One of my sprinkler zones was stuck on and was flooding our backyard first thing in the morning for the upteenth time. Carter came within 15min and shutoff the valve and gave me a great game plan of how to fix it.
