This business is extremely unprofessional and yells at their clients when they make an error themselves. I have not been contacted, and I have been without heat for weeks now because this company refuses to schedule appointments.
I would never recommend this company, and I will make sure everyone I know never uses this company. Terrible service, terrible management. -

Tracy patiently spoke to me about my unit and ended up giving me a tip that identified if my dual run capacitor was out. Turned out it was and he even told me where to buy a new one. The fact that he helped me trouble shoot the issue for free over the phone and was not solely interested in selling me a new unit speaks volumes about the integrity of the business.
