We replaced our old furnace and air conditioning, purchasing a new system with heat pump. Tuscan was able to start right away. They protected our floor, removed the old air conditioner from the roof and installed a new furnace and heat pump - it works very well! The technicians were knowledgeable, hard working, and diligent - they were helpful showing us how the system and thermostat worked. Good experience.

John came over to assess why my furnace was cycling over and over and cleaned up my heat sensor and walked me through the whole process of reviewing my furnace, and got my furnace back up on the spot with no charge for the consult. Earlier in the day I had another company come over that said they also offered free estimates but turns out in order for them to diagnose anything they charge 79.00, plus they took apart my furnace and didn’t put all the pieces back in place. So it was so much nicer to have John come over and give me a thorough inspection and honest review.

John from Tuscan came to check the water leaking issue in our furnace, he did a very thorough check. John explained patiently what the problem is and provided estimates with different options. John is very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
