Everyone who works at this location is mentally insane.

The team at Brightview is super easy to work with and always responsive. They have helped us with landscaping and tree issues as well as getting our snow removal in place well before we have an issue with it. I will recommend them to other communities.

Quick and shotty work and not very respectful. They manage the condos/townhouse complex and before using their big mowers never do a walkthrough for pinecones, rocks, etc and if you have a car parked in the driveway it gets pelted with debris.

This is the work of Brightview landscaping. They manage Stearling ranch and our parks have looked like this for months. There is very little effort and pride in their work… Sprinkler heads are broken flooding the park for weeks. Trees are dead for years sprinklers watering the street in the middle of the day. They do the bare minimum. I saw one person drive past the park a week ago and hard to believe they cannot notice all these issues. I am not asking these open spaces to look like a golf course but with just a few hours of work we would not be pumping hundreds of gallons of water into the street.

Poor service and fraudulent charging, avoid at all cost. My community had them for landscape and snow services. Nickle and dimed on everything landscape related, seems NOTHING was ever covered in original contract - even weed treatment. Snow plow services was where the fraud happened - we clocked the plow trucks sitting in the alley doing nothing for over an hour and we got charged for that time. They responded with GPS data - no kidding, we did say they were just sitting there.

An employees of theirs almost killed my entire family today because he decided to use his phone while driving. When I called to complain, no one answered and the voice-mail box was full. Assuming this is not any business you'd ever want to use.

Fantastic experience with this company. Our water feature and landscaping turned out amazing. Ben and his team were punctual and completed the job on time! Highly recommend!

We hired Colorado scapes for our new build 2 yrs ago. Their work was terrible. They refused to answer texts, voice messages and emails for months trying to get them to replace a tree that died within the first month. Most of our tree our currently dead due to improper installation. Extremely disappointed at the work and follow through.

We are so pleased with the work recently completed at our home by Coloradoscapes. Ben and his crew were prompt, responsive and thorough. It took a bit of investigative work to correct problems created by a previous vendor. Ben made recommendations at various price points so we could choose the outcome that fit our budget. Most important, the crew came back several times to make sure the electrical and irrigation were working to plan. Based on our experience, we recommend Coloradoscapes without hesitation!

We live in a HOA community in Parker. The company was very difficult to work with. More recently, when we received the last snowfall, the company never came and plowed our properties. We have many elderly homeowners who simply cannot complete this work themselves. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and do not complete work.

We have hired Coloradoscapes for two projects in the last 60 days and they have been wonderful to work with. Ben and his crew have been prompt, professional and the end product has exceeded our expectations. Great job Ben!

Do not go into a contract with LMI Colorado (old Coloradoscapes). They do not communicate and our landscaping is in the worst shape it has been in 8 years.

I will admit some of it is due to us not immediately approving a $4000 repair that another company did for 1/2 the price but there’s many other reasons and balls dropped that things look the way they do.

We hired Coloradoscapes, Inc. to landscape our new home. They did not finish the contract and refuse to return to complete the job. Their work is amateur and they use the cheapest materials available. We have to hire someone else to correct their mistakes (sprinklers don't work properly, drainage is improper) and to finish the rock they never put down. They don't return calls once they are paid.

The company was around my home pouring rocks at 630am. I went out around 8am to go to work and noticed my bike rack on my truck was damaged by their equipment/truck ramp. There is no parking behind me by the way so no way someone would hit me with a car. When approached by my husband who speaks Spanish they acted suspicious. My husband got ahold of the company after many attempts and since then no call back from management. It's been two weeks.
