Came to my home December 5th to inspect my noisy boiler. Provided a quote of $1700 and 10 hours labor, $675 parts & $1050 labor. I got a second opinion because I didn't feel good about the technician telling me my pilot light should turn off and not stay on. That made no sense to me because obviously the pilot needs to remain on. The second company technician gave a quote of $278 in parts and 2.5 hours labor. Bowman is highway robbery and obviously trying to take advantage of it being December!!! I called to speak with Bowman's management and they took my number but no one has called me back. I plan on filing a report with Better Business Bureau and spreading the word as I am a contractor and don't appreciate other contractors taking advantage of homeowners!!

I love this company!! They've always been honest and trustworthy. L Robinson doesn't know what they're talking about. I know plenty of people that have used this company to fix everything hvac possible. If you need something replaced then it needs to be replaced. L. Robinson wanted the cheaper route and if it worked it worked. I work in retail but you get what you pay for.

Had my grandmother come over and wait on them, she waited for an hour then they finally showed up took out the old furnace out then they took a lunch break after they got back from lunch they installed our new furnace when they install their new furnace they put holes in the wall of our stairs I am LIVID!!!! Completely unacceptable They did agree to fix it so that’s good
