I had an excellent experience with Fix Master and their service repair person, Arut. Fixing the leak in my Samsung fridge required Arut to make two trips to my house. After the first repair, I noticed the leak was still happening. I phoned Fix Master and Arut came back the next day. It was a more complicated fix than he'd hoped and took quite a bit of time, but the charge for the second visit was very reasonable. Arut went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order!

GE washer stopped before starting wash cycle. Sensor replaced. Tech was was very friendly, professional, and quick.

I called because my washer has a leak that kept getting worse and worse. A nice you lady answered the phone and was able to get me a same day appointment. She said between 12 and 2 today and a nice gentleman showed up promptly at 12. He very quickly was able assess that it was the water valve after testing. He said he brought all the parts to fix it and quoted a reasonable price. It took a total of 40 minutes and everything is now great!!! Thank you Arut!!!
