Our technician Rolla S. was knowledgeable, courteous and explained the problem with our refrigerator. This is our backup fridge and is not cost productive to repair. Thank you.

Paul is the most professional serviceman I have ever had. Right on time and diagnosed the problem in a minimal amount of time. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Linda

The technician I had for 2 of the service calls on my dryer was very helpful and seemed to have the right expertise and skills. He was respectful, productive, and pleasant and completed the necessary work each time. I commend him and appreciate him. However, I had several NO SHOWS of a different tech in between the 2 successful service calls. The whole scenario took months. The NO SHOW tech situation was not customer friendly and wasted a lot of my time with little to no recourse. I tried and tried to get through the automated system to a real person who could assist and had very little success. The best that happened when I got a real person was a reschedule at least two weeks later which resulted in another NO SHOW. I received no explanations, no urgency to amend the service scheduling, and no follow up on the dropped service calls. Each time, the rescheduling continued to require a whole day set aside to wait for a technician. I even dealt with a few automated rescheduled appointments which I had to go back to protect the appointment I'd already scheduled around in the first place. For the NO SHOWS, I would have notice in the morning the technician would be there, then the notice of arrival time disappeared and indicated I needed to reschedule. And then the whole futile, impersonal cycle repeated! The whole experience with Sears, except for the helpful technician, was very frustrating and disrespectful of my time and concerns as a consumer. Leadership and management have insulated themselves by using an automated system that gets a consumer nowhere.

My refrigerator went out after only 1 year. Lowes store said it was covered under protection plan. Here is where the problem begins. Had to file a claim with a company called Assurant. Everything is done by text, no live person to communicate with. Stupid! Made a claim and realized it was for a range not my refrigerator. I cancelled the claim and made another claim for the refrigerator. Again all this is done by text, still no live person. I had to wait two days for service on the refrigerator through Sears appliance repair. I called in sick to wait for the service repair to fix the refrigerator. I received another text (no call) from Johnny advising he was not coming out as he fixes ranges and not refrigerator's and to contact Assurant to reschedule. Mind you, I cancelled the claim for the range but not the refrigerator. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a live operator at Assurant or Sears. This could have all been straightened out with a phone call from a representative instead of through text, which is ridiculous. I have called another company and spoke to a live representative (believe it) and a service repair person will be here soon. I will never buy another appliance through Lowes or a service protection plan that uses Assurant or Sears appliance repair. Wasted a whole day of work for nothing, but what do these companies care. Just keep buying these shitty protection plans to protect yourself but they will never service your product effectively. It is better not to waste your money! Thanks for nothing

Scheduling, Arrival, and Technician were all fine but the repair did not fix the problem. It took several weeks to get things lined up. Parts ordered, and repair scheduled and I have the same issue the first time I ran the dishwasher
