    Conversation opened. 1 read message I called today to clarify our charges on the repair of our oven as I was quoted something different from the repairman, Margo. I was treated very poorly by the owner of the company, and very disappointed with the exchange. Regardless of my experience with the owner, I wanted to say that Margo did a great job repairing our ovens and I would definitely have him back. Not only did he do a great job, but he was very respectful and friendly. I'm sorry that things didn't work out, I thought I found a good appliance repair shop. The owner deserves a 1 for the owner response, but would have given a 5 for Margo the technician. Make sure you have quote in writing with the tech before agreeing to anything. I see where other reviews say the same things about the owner and the refund of the $99 service fee.

    Brandon was sent out by Mr. Appliance through my Home Warranty company and I was so pleased with his customer service and efficiency on fixing our oven. Having just had a baby 2 weeks ago, I requested that he wear shoe booties and a mask, he did so without hesitation and even had to go get some booties and return to ensure he was helping keep my newborn safe. Upon opening the part to replace he noticed that a piece looked to be missing, which was the problem with a previous company that could not complete the job. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the part and realized it was just an adapter piece that needed to be installed to make it compatible. His ability to pay attention to details aided in the completion of the repair in a timely manner. During his visit he was very pleasant to conversation with. Extremely impressed with him and this company. Thank you.

    I have been using Mr. Appliance of Golden now for about two years and in that time, they have repaired my fridge, freezer, stove and the repairman, Margo, actually felt bad that he had to tell me my microwave was fried. He is conscientious and tenacious especially with my fridge. My appliances are all 25 years old and high end and I don't want to replace them. They are responsive and in all cases are out within 24 hours and are fairly priced.

    Got home from vacation and washer broke. Mr. appliance was able to get someone out to diagnose the problem and order the part in 2 days. Once part came in they quickly scheduled an appointment for repair. Matt did a great job!

    Poor communication and failure to keep not one but two pre-scheduled appointments. Super frustrating when I set aside time during my workday for their service call and they ghosted me and then seemed completely confused when I called to inquire about it. Also, they invoiced me BEFORE the service? Strange.
