Complete waste of time and money! The only result I got after two weeks was a scratched door. Randy came out and immediately recommended a new control board for $1,188. When that didn't fix the problem, he recommended a new compressor fan. When that didn't't fix the problem, he said it could be the compressor. That's when we parted ways. I wished I had looked at all the negative reviews before calling Jensen! I ultimately found an honest repairman with excellent reviews who was actually able to diagnose the problem over the phone and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours for less than $500. When I shared my experience with this honest repairman, he informed me that he actually worked for Randy at one time and said that my experience with Randy was repeated so often that he ultimately had to leave Jensen. Also, I shared my experience with Randy with my next door neighbor who also used Jensen, and she said she is currently on her third control board. The honest repairman that finally fixed my problem mentioned that he has repaired my model several times and has never replaced a control board. Hmmm!

Always has parts, prices are great. I’ve fixed my 80’s beer fridge and my Jenn-Air dishwasher after buying parts from Jensen. Support local business. This place has what you need and if they don’t, they’ll order it for you. A+

So of course a few weeks out from Christmas and my washing machine goes haywire. I was looking for some Springs for a direct drive washer and I called another appliance company that was closer to me. This company had no idea what I was talking about took about 30 minutes to explain to him what I needed and of course they didn’t have it And couldn’t give me a timeline on when they would. I have done some work for Jensen appliance for my company at one point and decided to give them a call. Within one minute of the phone call the employee knew exactly what we needed and would have it the next day. Couple hours later we get a call that they got our parts early. My washer was down for about five hours total. As I am in the service business myself I appreciate a company that does not lead you on, is very professional and knows their trade. I highly recommend Jensen appliance! PS this was about 2/3 the price of repair clinic online.
