Constraction reviews in Thornton, Colorado

Contracted Carlson Siding and Construction to replace the windows in my house. Rob showed up when he said he would, did a great job on installation and communication. The windows are extremely high quality and the difference in my house is amazing. I recommend Carlson Siding and Construction for any type of work needed!

Rob and his partner Sam just finished residing our house with Alside Ascend 7" Composite Cladding. They worked very good together and have a great work ethic and take old fashion pride in their work. They also installed Alside T-3 Soffit covering and aluminum/pvc trim cover and attic venting. The project cost was reasonable and the best part is our house exterior is now basically maintenance free. We would highly recommend Carlson Siding & Construction.

Quality Craftsmanship at the Most Competitive price! Carlson siding and Construction delivered on his word. Rob provided various siding options, and advised my wife and I on several siding products that would work best for us. After getting numerous quotes and hearing the same ole sales pitch from the bigger siding companies, Carlson siding still came out on top. Rob was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Carlson Siding's work speaks for itself, and our old house looks brand new again! I even recommended Carlson siding to a close relative, who had her siding done by Rob as well. I Highly recommend Carlson Siding and Construction for any siding, roofing or gutter job you may have!

Highly recommend Carlson Siding! We are so pleased with our new siding! Rob shows up when he says and gets the job done right! Very dependable and trustworthy. This man does honest, good business. Rob and his helper Sam, both respectful, hard workers, kept the jobsite clean and the finished job looks great! Thank you so much!

After 6 estimators tried to talk me into siding I did not want & gave outrageous quotes, Rob listened to what I wanted & gave me such a reasonable quote, I signed a contract that same day. He was professional, met his timelines, he and his assistant worked through the extreme heat and made my vision come true. He gave me a house that I am now very proud of.

Rob delivered everything he promised and more! If you are looking for a contractor, you can stop now Rob is your guy. There are only two contractors that I would recommend and Rob is definitely one of them. He's the type of guy that goes above and beyond. He took extra time to install our new ring doorbell and our new outdoor lights and brought up our trash cans. For no extra cost! All of these things are things he did not have to do, but he did them anyway. He's just that type of guy. He was always on time, completed the job exactly when he said he would and kept his word.

Rob Carlson, owner of Carson siding just finished residing my whole house after the big CO hailstorm recently. After having a larger roofing company out here and being totally frustrated with the process I was apprehensive having more work done on my house. Rob was a godsend. His company is small but his work is big. He has a great crew, all respectful and clean. He is on the job the whole time working with the crew to complete a perfect job. I am VERY particular and I was not let down by Rob. He had told be he was thorough and his work speaks to this. If you want an excellent job with a personable company, go with Carlson Siding and Construction.

Rob came highly recommended and there is a good reason for it. Rob uses Superior Products, and his craftsmanship is second to none. When I was getting quotes, Rob offered a better product for less money. Rob takes great pride in his profession and is very personable and respectful of my property. Rob was very conscious about keeping my property clean and presentable during this process. Rob started as projected and finished as scheduled. If you are looking for a true PROFESSIONAL that knows how to get the job done, Rob is your man!

Rob was great! As a business owner myself, you know that no one does as good of a job as the owner themselves. I really appreciated dealing with Rob, there was no high pressure sell, just a "this is the price, if you want to go ahead just let me know, I'm not a salesman and won't be hounding you". He had a competitive price, and as mentioned Rob was the one installing himself as well. He even went above and beyond and pointed out where my roof was leaking and patched it up temporarily for me. Thanks Rob!

Utilized Robs' talents again. He came back and made our back patio into a cabin retreat. New windows, door, siding, paneling and in addition installed a new front door for us, too. It turned out wonderful, we love it. Rob does a great job, and we definitively recommend him. We will have him back for future projects.

We had an amazing experience with Carlson Siding & Construction. There comes a time when someone actually still will SURPRISE us, and not let us down when it comes to contracting a job to be done. As promised, Rob completed our job far exceeding our expectations. We received the best customers service that we have ever had in dealing with a conttractor. Rob is highly qualified and talented in what he does. Being extremely pleased with the outcome and end results of our experience with Carlson Siding and Construction, we felt compelled to write this review. Thanks Rob for the wonderful job you did for us .

Rob Carlson came highly recommended to me by a friend who washes windows as a side job. Rob features a quality product at a competitive price. The whole installation process was very professional. Rob arrived promptly for each appointment and the project was completed in the time frame he estimated when I signed the contract. Installation time was expedient for the number of windows involved, and I was particularly impressed with the clean way they left the work site. Except for the shiny new windows, you would never guess that Rob and his assistant had been there. I'm very happy with the appearance and the function of these windows.

I have been very satisfied with the work Carlson Siding and Construction has done for me. Rob is very professional, helpful and most importantly honest. His prices are better than most. He has always done an amazing job. He is meticulous and it shows in everything he does. When he is finished with the job there is no evidence he has been working other than my home becoming aesthetically pleasing in the end. My experience with Carlson Siding and Construction has been excellent. I would recommend anyone needing vinyl siding and or windows to give Carlson Siding and Construction a call. You will not go wrong.

We used Carlson Siding & Construction to put up metal siding on our house, Rob came out several times before we decided on which product and colors to purchase. He was understanding and helpful in explaining all the options available and let us know how long it would take once siding was ordered when work would begin. The siding is a superior product and with his help we were able to pick colors to match our bottom brick. There was no pressure to purchase or sign a contract right away, this was only done once we agreed to hire his company. He and his employees/contractors worked the schedule they told us they would, they were reliable, on time and dependable. At the end of the day tools were picked up and all materials and products put away prior to leaving, the outside parameter of the house was left clean during and after installation. He was respectful of our home, bushes, flowers and tress and none were damaged or destroyed while work was done. I would highly recommend Carlson Siding and Construction, I feel he is an honest, trustworthy and very hard working individual with strong work ethics.

I used Carlson Siding several years ago to install new Alside windows, recently broke one and reached out to Rob to come see if he could fix the window, he showed up maybe a day or two later to take a look and was able to replace what was broken, very good service and very knowledgeable, I am planning to replace the siding on my house and using Carlson Siding for the job.

Had my house siding replaced by Carlson Siding and they did an excellent job! On budget, less time than estimated to complete and cleaned up each night after their daily work. I highly recommend Carlson to anyone needing siding replaced.

Rob took on a project at my home that other contractors would not touch. He was professional and friendly and most importantly skilled in every detail of completing my siding job. I could not have asked for better work at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone who is concerned about getting a finished product that they are 100% satisfied with.

A small local business that takes pride in its work. Got bids from 3 contractors, they had the best material and pricing by far. The job got done in 5 days, I would absolutely recommend Carlson Siding & Construction.

Rob was professional & quoted a more competitive price for a far better product. The craftsmanship & installation were the best! Rob was able to schedule when I need the job done & was on time with completion.
My house looks like a new house. Rob went above and beyond to suggest great colors, we also replaced the exterior lights, doorbell & house numbers to complete the upgrade.
My main focus was to never have to paint the siding again.
