Ike and crew came thru and made our home windows shine like non other, th mos impressive thing about True Shine is the customer service and how he was able to get me on a biweekly schedule. The value in that alone was great- we liked him and his cleaning crew so much- we also got them involved in our business as well!

Multi property discount. It’s good because they cover a couple areas and we’re able to get on the monthly schedule for that.

Chris from security was very rude to me and threatened to call the police for no reason.

They are remodeling and most of the area is empty.

The staff are hesitant to help you. Hard to find someone to open theft prevention devices. Not enough registers open. You know typical Walmart.

Rude security/ asset protection. . Watch the self check out. Use the actual checkers..Scanners are glitchy and security thinks your stealing.. saw them take more than one customer and check their badkets ..everything locked up..
