after enjoying our ac for 27 years, it finally gave out at the most inconvenient time. thankfully, unified hvac repair was able to install a new unit for us in just a few days! two technicians came to handle the installation. we couldn't have asked for better service. my husband, who has over 40 years of experience in hvac before retiring, knew exactly what to look for in the technicians and the equipment. he chose to observe from a distance without getting in their way, and he was very impressed! they were polite, knowledgeable, and truly professional. the job was completed promptly and without any errors (and my husband made sure to check). i also noticed that when one of the technicians entered our home to install the new thermostat, he covered his shoes. there hadn't been any bad weather, but he wanted to ensure no debris came inside. we’ve never experienced such consideration from any company before. we were familiar with carrier, so we weren’t sure what to expect from york. however, we love it! it’s much quieter, and we can feel a significant improvement in our home’s comfort and a decrease in our electric bill. we're grateful for all the efforts made to enhance our lives for this summer and many more to come!
