These guys are excellent! Mark was a top notch professional and got my emergency job done same day in an hour! He also arranged the city to come out and turn the water off. He handled it all perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is good and the guy that came for the estimate was heck of a nice guy. BUT, these guys are WILDLY expensive...$6000 for a water heater. The heater itself is $1000........so basically $5k for parts and labor. Found a local contractor for $2700
