our first experience with this plumbing company in thornton was really positive because of francis, who answered all our questions about how they find leaks. we’ve had leaks before in our supply line from the street, but this time things seemed a little different and we weren’t sure what was going on. after thinking it over, we called back and francis set up an appointment for kaleb to come out the next day. kaleb arrived with his plumbing tools and used special equipment along with nitrogen gas to locate the problem. he found the leak under a pier near our retaining wall, so it looks like we’ll need a new water supply line from the street to the house. kaleb explained all our options clearly and gave us an estimate for the replacement. he made us feel really confident that the work would be done right if we chose them. overall, we’re happy with how helpful and knowledgeable they were during the whole process.
