Roofing & Gutters reviews in Thornton, Colorado

Excellent job and in a timely manner

WOW!!!! Thank you for coming out in the snow weather to fix my roof. You guys are the real MVP 🙌🏼

You did a Great job and we are very pleased .

Sounded like a great guy on the phone. Too bad he flaked without communicating.

Great workmanship in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They got the order for two months and then canceled with no reason. Just wasting my time.

I just had my roof completed by Sheppard’s and they went above and beyond my expectations!!

Don't get this people to do your roof they will put a Lien on your house and they are mean hateful people if you want your roof done get some one else they never This experience has been the worst we have ever had.

Chris and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home. Would definitely use again!

Tom is down to earth and his crews respect him. I had Tom put a new roof and painted my house in the past and was always satisfied with the work.

Please get triple quadruple quotes please ask questions on how it will be prepared watch the people that they hire cuz they're only farmed out they do not do a professional job I would not suggest them they were I could go on and on on the things that they did putting a tarp over running air conditioning not what washing your house down from the top to the bottom they started at the bottom, but the deck the woman actually asked me if she could put her breast milk in my refrigerator as she was pumping her 3 week old baby who does that being a mother myself of course I let her do that but don't send a man and a woman as a team uncalled that accrue that was wrong on so many levelsmake sure that they hire professionals people who have been with them for at least a couple of years don't let them feed you yeah they have professionals professionals are people who stay with a company because I truly love the people and are treated with respect and are giving bonuses but you will not find it in this company please due diligence on your home one other thing I thought I was stupid I built my house bottom up just me and my husband the only thing we contracted out was drywall so nobody's going to pull a fast one on me not Annie painter anybody that has to come and do work on my house they better have a resume and stand behind their work and truly look at their references maybe five or six not one or two and go look at their property see how long it's been painted and if it's last the time

Please see photos of roof from 2 years ago that was just reinspected . Multiple issue with roof including things flat out done wrong, cracking overlay and wrinkles and buckling
Worst response - I’ll be There in a few days. Never show up and no one answersy calls due to screening.

Very professional and responsive. Appreciated that the owner came by everyday to check in with crew and progress of project. Prep work very extensive and thorough. I highly recommend this company!

I had some siding issues after the hail storm and no one would come out and help me. Sheppard’s came out with out any hesitations and gave me a better deal and did and amazing job!! Thank you Chris Sheppard!

These guys did an amazing job! Very professional and thorough! They worked a couple long days and cleaned up everything once they were done! I feel very comfortable recommending them!

Multiple issues with exterior paint. Had to come back twice to remedy paint coverage. Less than 5 years later paint is oxidized on several locations. Will need to have another paint job soon.

Chris and his crew did a great job. They were accommodating when I wanted a last minute change of trim color and responsive throughout the whole project.

They installed an elastomer style roof on our flat roof home in Mesa, Arizona. It is a great value and of better quality than traditional foam & coating type roofing utilized on flat roofs in our area of Arizona. I would recommend this company highly for your roofing needs.

Sheppard's has taken of me and my family for the last 20 years. They have done windows, roofs, painting, and I couldn't be happier. They are total professionals who do top-notch work

Tom Shepard and his crew were great. They did excellent work and we’re on time. Tom worked with the insurance company and got me more than I thought I would.

Chris and the crew did an excellent job painting my house. They paid attention to every detail and didn't leave until I was satisfied 100%. I did not know who to call for this job took a chance and I'm glad I called Chris!
