He showed up early, conducted a thorough and professional inspection, and provided a detailed report that afternoon complete with photos and action items. Additionally, he provide me with a number of things to consider when doing my own home inspection with the builder.

Chad jumped in on short notice to inspect a new home we were considering purchasing. He gave us a call pre-inspection to answer any initial questions about the inspection and joined a group call with us and our realtor after the inspection to talk through the report. This was super appreciated, as we were unable to go to the house on inspection day. His report was very clear and comprehensive with great photos and diagrams to support his findings. All of his recommendations were explained to be actionable and prioritized. The cost was reasonable and, equally important to me, he is just a very cool guy to work with.
