I had a technician come out to service my older downstairs furnace recently. The initial worker wasn't able to fix the furnace after two visits, but he suggested contacting another service. The next technician arrived while the furnace was still running, looked it over, and shared his thoughts on what might be wrong. However, shortly after he left, the furnace stopped working. No problem, though! The tech returned and worked for over four hours, draining some water from clogged pipes. After he left again, the furnace ran for about 12 hours before it shut down once more. The technician said he would send a more experienced specialist. When the advanced technician came out, he quickly identified the problem as a clogged P-Trap, based on how long the furnace had been operating. He took care of the drain issue, and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since! The advanced tech also provided some useful maintenance tips. The total cost for everything was around $250, and they could have easily tried to sell us more services, but they didn't. After reading some other reviews, I was surprised because my experience was excellent. These professionals did a fantastic job!
