The service person were sent into a situation where i didnt know much. Butni certainly lesrned a lot. Sadly, this company doesn't use their own people but out source with contractors. So you will never truly know who you are getting. They may not even know who they are sending. And set the workers up for people who are not prepared. Second... their deal is no deal. They do not take the time to explain that there is more to it. They just want to get the person to you house and sell you things that can't be afforded in that moment. And if you refuse, then it's a 40.00 charge just for showing up. They don't mention that. User beware. Ask questions. Do research first. Otherwise you will lose out on what money you are spending. Either way, you have been had.
