I’m so glad I decided to have my ducts cleaned. The team was punctual, professional and very thorough. They even clean the air filters and my home feels cleaner, and the air smells fresher.

I came to the US for a long-term work assignment and stayed at a rental property. I realized the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years, leading to allergies and discomfort. Their service was impeccable, with clear policies, a focus on security, and a highly supportive team. The price was on the higher side, but the clean air quality improved my living experience immensely.

The service person were sent into a situation where i didnt know much. Butni certainly lesrned a lot. Sadly, this company doesn't use their own people but out source with contractors. So you will never truly know who you are getting. They may not even know who they are sending. And set the workers up for people who are not prepared.
Second... their deal is no deal. They do not take the time to explain that there is more to it. They just want to get the person to you house and sell you things that can't be afforded in that moment. And if you refuse, then it's a 40.00 charge just for showing up. They don't mention that.
User beware. Ask questions. Do research first. Otherwise you will lose out on what money you are spending. Either way, you have been had.
