Gold Star was very accomodating to undertake this work when myself and my tennant was desperately trying to find a company to work with us to take on this work which was a let down by the company my tenant proposed to go with. I was connected with Gold Star through a friend and I am very pleased with the suggestion. They were completely on top of it through the entire insurance claim process. Their crews were quick and did an amazing job. I love my new roof and will be referring them to anyone in need of getting through storm repairs. It was honestly expecting it to be stressful but in the end it turned out to be an enjoyable experience.

I have long been reluctant to contact my insurance for anything especially hail damage claim until a representative from Gold Star Premium came to my door, and then things became easy and they handled everything smoothly with insurance. They thoroughly inspected the house for any possible hail damages, and helped file all claims to insurance and, once approved, they got roof replaced and other damages fixed quickly without any problem. I was very happy with the work they've done and definitely would recommend their services to my friends in the future. Thanks!!

Caine handled my roof insurance claim. He helped me through the entire process. My roof was taken off and replaced in the same day. My house is over 4000 sq ft. I highly recommend.

I don't feel right supporting a business who posts their political views, supports hate (hateful remarks to reviewers) and I will not be recommending your services to any one I know or for myself. I absolutely get that people vote, but signs like the ones you have are really distasteful in my opinion. ie Harri Balz. It isn't just the politics, but the fact they post stuff like the example mentioned doesn't show high standards in business. Makes them look horrible. I also read responses from them insulting people which screams childish. Not sure why anyone would want someone like this working on their roofs when kids act way more mature than the person responding to reviews. I sure wouldn't want them around my kids if they act this way over reviews that is for sure. I hope it isn't the owner leaving these comments and if the owner see their comments should fire the person leaving them because they are making them look bad. Not the best way to attract customers that is for sure. I would say they are overpriced for their behavior. I will also be talking to the BBB about the behavior of this company. EDIT: I am not spam I am a human being expressing disgust with how unprofessional this business is ran. That generic response they gave is robotic. They should be ashamed of themselves running a business like this. The hate towards people is ridiculous. No respectable person should use their business and should go through the BBB. I will continue to recommend other companies and not recommending this business.

Had a 20 year-old roof and it was in big trouble. Goldstar premium roofing was able to help me get a new roof paid through insurance!!! . They did a great job.

I have used Caine and his team('s) to roof multiple homes now, and the outcome has always been excellent. His team and himself are knowledgeable in the industry, have experience, and are helpful in assisting all questions/insurance dealings. Even to his own accountability. If I had any action item concerns through the process, Caine immediately responded with a solution or correction, and zero hassle.

Caine maintains excellent communication, up front transparency, and honesty. The work was easily scheduled, completed on time and done thoroughly. I had him not only do the roof on my home, but bring in gutters and a painter as well. As I was going to be changing gutter colors, and I wanted the trim to all match to the new gutter, I didn't want to deal with another contractor, their time lines, roofing delays, etc. So I asked Caine if he had someone, and he got right on it.

When you've been in business in your own backyard for this long, I would imagine it would be hard to please absolutely everyone. However, I will continue to trust this local expert, with decades in local business, over these storm chaser pop up companies that come and go.

Caine did a great job diagnosing a potential roof problem at my home on short notice. turned out the roof was not the issue but a leaky drainpipe from a bathtub. even after a Thorough inspection of the roof where he determined that was not the issue he stuck around to find out exactly what the problem was

I reroofed a house that I lived in for about 50 years. This my 3rd reroof on it. Things change. The first job the horse had two layers of shingles. Each job seemed to have some different rules, materials, and technologies. This time I was fretting a bit about gutters, and possible shingle damage from a recent hailstorm. Austin with Gold Star happened to be looking for work in this area. He examined the roof and discussed it with my insurance agent.

Gold Star went above and beyond when, mid roof installation, I had a house fire. This caused lengthy work interruptions and delays. Throughout the period of rebuild the Gold Star team was cooperative, patient, professional, courteous and always helpful. And the end result looks and works great!! I had difficult to address roof leak on an EPDM roof at my home, which had turned into an emergency with water leaking into my living room. Caine and his team were extremely responsive and communicative, and there were able to get a crew to replace the roof within 48 hours. I am grateful for their extremely fast work and willingness to treat a small job as a priority after many other contractors were not particularly responsive.
