We've been long time customers of Young's since 2009. The owner cares about his customers, and all the staff have been great every time we've come in. Thanks for being a staple of the community! Yes, we're the little red wagon family who comes every year to pick up a Christmas tree.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices! What else could you ask for? My neighbors always ask me what my gardening secret is, and I tell them to start with good plants. Then I send them down to Young's. Plus when produce is in season, they have a wide selection straight from the farm. And, as an added bonus, I get to support a small business who focuses on building relationships with customers, rather than continuing to funnel money into a faceless corporate machine. If you like doing things the right way, go to Young's!

Great selection of a variety of plant types. The two employees who I interacted with were both nice and helpful, but not wearing any face covering. I said something to the cashier without a mask about giving her space, and she said "oh, I'm not one of those people." Masks protect other people, not the wearer. I came to Young's because I care about supporting local business, but I'll instead go to a business that supports its community's health by requiring customer-facing employees who aren't physically distanced to wear face covers during the pandemic.

Terrific customer service. I use a walker and tire easily. One clerk found me a terrific hanging basket and another gal ,Z, bagged my tomatoes. While I waited on a bench Z took my credit card and ID and brought me the receipt to sign Plus she carried everything to my car! WOW! Their service allowed me to get a hanging basket. Thanks

Love this place! The people are so friendly & helpful

Young's market carries the best soils. They have great onion sets, seeds, garden hardware, tools. I have come here for many years. The prices are much better than the big green houses. My garden-go-to-place. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good people.

I've been shopping here for years. We have seen a steady increase in landscaping selections for a waterwise garden. We have also come to love their dedication to Colorado-sourced produce and products. I count on them for seeds - of which they retain a nice selection even into the autumn-planting season! All-round - an excellent stop for kitchen and garden.

Love this place! So great to get expert advice on plants, produce and pests.
Truly a genuine Colorado market in a time when family owned businesses are a rarity. Please support local! -
Loved it, such a huge selection of flowers and vegetables. Picked up Anaheim pepper plants and alyisum. Going back for ornamental grass next week. Helpful staff directed me to the dust for plants and assisted in picking out what I needed for my cucumber starts. Family owned and operated and it reflects in the attention to details they provide. They have straw bales for those wanting to try your hand at the straw bale gardening. Always a go to for us, and they support the community by sponsoring the garden harvest fair in September. Thank you Kyle and family.

Young’s Market and Garden Center is great. It’s a smaller, locally owned nursery so prices are higher than say Home Depot but you can tell they actually take care of their plants and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of healthy tomato and herb starters right now (April 4th) and were one of the few places that had tomato/pepper blossom set spray in stock last year. Would highly recommend!

Can’t speak highly enough of this business & it’s great employees. Have been going for many years & if there is something they don’t have the owner will order it. Also several times I have purchased heavy items & each time I am helped with them into my vehicle. Also there have been times with statues, water fountains & 50 pound bags where they delivered them to my home five miles away for free without even asking for anything extra. Its a family run business that treats everyone as if they have been coming for years. I pass several other garden centers to shop at Youngs & the fresh food from Colorado farmers is always fresh.

I have found this Garden Center to be the most helpful of any local and Family owned businesses. Their prices are favorable and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on buying vegetables from them this Spring as their plants seem to produce far superior to the larger Chain Store's even if the price is a little higher.
As far as any comments about using a mask, I will definitely shop here as the lack of mask wearing shows to me they have more common sense than a majority of the population in the World! It shows me they are genuine and intelligent enough to know when a farce IS a fauci! -
First visit, great place! Picked up some delicious fresh produce and the owner threw in a few peaches to try for free. Best I've had this season. I look forward to supporting this locally owned business in the future!

This is a great garden center with good variety and pricing! I love stopping here on my lunch breaks for supplies and additions to my houseplant collection and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, at times going above and beyond to help out!
Typically it’s not very crowded and there’s plenty of room to walk, which is ideal when trying to maintain distance from others. Last time I visited I observed majority of staff wearing coverings (any exceptions were associates doing things outdoors and away from others) Highly recommend this place for indoor and outdoor garden needs! -
I've been going here for years, and years! My go-to for roasted chilli, and the Very Best peaches 🍑 Colorado has to offer!
They've also got a great plant selection, for yard or indoor house plants..
It's a family owned/ family run business...and I think we should always support these businesses! -
I don't recommend this place. I asked for a plant's location and then I was mocked by a man telling me that I wasn't listening because after he told me outside, I headed outside. Apparently, he meant come inside first and then go outside, (Simple mistake). The problem was that he spoke discourteously to me as if he were scolding a child. I think that anyone who speaks condescendingly to a customer should be reprimanded and receive some training on customer service and retention.
When I asked other employees working there what his problem was they answered that he was just like that. Well, that's not good enough. I'd rather spend my hard earned money where I am treated with basic courtesy and respect. One last thing, your prices aren't competitive and it's very disorganized. -
A plethora of beautiful plants, outdoor ornaments and locally sourced produce, but OMG it's expensive!
Too rich for my blood!
In fairness, I would be sure that you get what you pay for - which is usually the case - and the produce looks wonderful and fresh, so if you have deeper pockets than I, then I believe you will love this place for your garden needs. I found some beautiful plants and flowers there, just none that are within my budget as of now 😔 -
I received fantastic service from a young gal working there - she helped me find some herbs, and had lots of helpful suggestions, and was warm and friendly.
My only suggestion is for the man who seemed to be her manager. In the future, it would be a more pleasant experience to shop there if he is able to limit conversations about his desires for performance improvement to be specific and actionable, rather than berating ("You've worked here HOW long and you don't know ____"), and for those training-related conversations to NOT take place when his staff are clearly helping customers.
I like to shop places where I know staff, no matter their age or experience, are treated with respect! -
They said they’re open til 7 PM on Google. Drove all the way there, and they are closed. It’s 4:30 PM.

Absolute best garden center around!!! I've been going here for years, and my i just love the place. Wonderful quality of plants, huge variety, sweet employees and owners, and don't even get me started on their produce! It's amazing, HIGHLY recommend

Love Young's! Great flora selection in the summer and great pumpkins and gords in the fall! If you don't want the "perfect', genetically identical pumpkins found at the grocery stores, go to Young's and get some pumpkins with CHARACTER!
