Ian was my tree specialist, and was very friendly and knowledgeable! I prefer him as a regular in future! But Theodore J and Nolan are also good. Would like to stick with same good rep throughout the season! (2024)
Today 4/1/25, Cody applied lawn treatment and was friendly, willing to please, and on top of it! I prefer to have him service my yard the rest of this season, please. Also like Kalista for trees who came last month. -

For the second time, they claim to have come to my home to do a service but they were never here. They charged for a service they didn’t do! I work from home and can see/hear when people are here. They don’t show in the ring doorbell either in case I somehow missed them. They did rectify it last time and hoping they’ll rectify this too. But not sure I can keep up babysitting them to make sure they do their job. The service is ok when actually done. Not sure it’s worth the headache.
Edit: they called to make things right. Came to my home and actually performed the service. Just hoping it won’t happen again. -

I have had TruGreen treat the perimeter of all our homes through the years and the many States we have lived in. TruGreen is reliable and provides professional service with no knowledgeable specialists.
