General Contractor reviews in Windsor, Colorado

Mike helped me with three project at my house and was quick, efficient, and did great work. Glad to have found someone reliable for the house problems I didn’t know how to fix.

They don't know how to park their trucks, maybe have the techs practice basic parking techniques before sending em out

Mike was an excellent contactor to work with. His communication was prompt, his solutions excellent, and his work high quality. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Mike was incredibly responsive...same day I called! Needed a repair ASAP and he took care of it quickly and professionally. We will definitely use Construction Guru in the future!

Mike has an extraordinary work ethic and goes the “extra mile” for his customers. He is very friendly and makes an immediate connection! We would highly recommend him.

These days it can be so hard to find a friendly, professional, thorough, conscientious, reliable and trusted contractor. Each of these attributes is a rare find in any contractor, but in the case of Mike Moen, Construction Guru, he has them all.

Our home suffered extensive water damage from a broken pipe that saturated our upstairs and finished basement. Walls had to be removed, soffits' replaced, drywall (texturing), baseboards, insulation and painting restored. Mike completed the work in half the time other contractors estimated. He worked closely with my wife and I to accommodate our schedules. He also arrived and finished the job as he committed.

A five star rating falls short of how impressed we were with Mike, Construction Guru, including his business and trade proficiency.

I needed a bedroom added to my already finished basement, and Mike did an excellent job. The bedroom matches the rest of the house perfectly and looks like it was always there. Mike communicated well and frequently throughout the project.

Mike was awesome! He installed our garage door motor and opener. He also noticed that our garage was not properly screwed in and coming off the hinges and he fixed that as well. We are going to use him for everything in the future.

Mike was amazing! Very responsive, noticed things that needed attention and fixed them and was a great value! He's our new go-to contractor.

Mike is the one who came up with a good solution with reasonable price to solve the issue with water damage to siding. He was very patient to explain why his solution would prevent future water damage. He did a great job in siding repair. I highly recommend him.

You can tell Mike really takes pride in his work! And very fairly priced as well! He repainted my deck and fixed some holes I had in my siding. Great guy, I recommend him to everyone I know!

Mike built a deck for me at a very affordable cost. It turned out to be really well done. He provided a beautiful addition to my home. I will call Mike wit any other jobs I have.

Highly recommend! Mike was a great communicator, very responsive and fair priced. On top of all of that, he did a phenomenal job and went the extra mile.

Mike and his team did a great job constructing a wall for us in the garage. He listened to what we wanted, and helped us accomplish of turning part of our garage into a gym. Will use him again, if needed, in the future.

Construction Guru LLC, Mike, is an absolute professional. He did great deck rail and front podium work for us. Extreme skills are an understatement for what he can bring to the table for input and recommendations.

Mike was referred by a neighbor here in northern Colorado (Ault) and has done a tremendous job with our kitchen remodel. He did what we wanted whereas the big store workers told us how it would be done. Mike textured walls, installed kitchen cabinets, installed dishwasher, flooring, trimming, etc. Mike is conscientious, punctual, neat and tidy, detailed, and friendly. We couldn't be any happier with our new kitchen. Thanks Mike!

I just had some small projects and Mike get all of them done nicely. One of them was to install a narrow French door using the bio-fold closet door. Definitely not the easiest door to install and he customized it to fit and close properly. We communicated and came up solutions on the day. Mike is patient and provided many good ideas. And the result is great 👍

Mike Moen, aka Construction Guru, is a real lifesaver and a true professional. He responded to our request quickly, arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame he estimated, despite running into manufacturing quality issues with the furniture he assembled for us. While on site, he also replaced our smoke detectors. We had planned on doing this work ourselves but ran into difficulties, so ours was a last-minute job, yet Mike handled everything with ease. We will use his services again and highly recommend him.

Mike was very good and honest. When he found a problem with the flooring I had purchased he explained what I needed to do in a timely manner so as to not charge me for extra time. He did an excellent job once I got the new flooring. We love the new floor and the install was done excellently. I will call him again if I need anything else done in my home. I would suggest him to anyone that needs a handyman.

Mike is such a breath of fresh air. He does what he says he will do, he shows up and stays in touch, his quality of work is excellent and he is reasonably priced. We greatly appreciate his integrity!!! You won’t be disappointed with Mike. We will definitely be reaching out to him for any future work we need done!!
