Major drainage issues ever since we moved in. 'Bandaid' fixes are being done instead of addressing the real issue of poor landscape design that causes the water to pool. See pictures for a sampling of the issues.

We are enjoying living in Highland Meadows in our new Landmark home! This was our first semi-custom home and we appreciate how patient the Landmark team was as the home building process progressed. The quality of our home and the design and layout are perfect, plus Landmark includes a lot of standard features! My husband works in commercial construction and he was very impressed the quality of Landmark's construction as well!

Matt and Lisa were amazing to me. I would not have been able to get into my new home without their guidance and assistance at every level. My greatest thanks to you!

Absolutely amazing experience with Landmark. This is our 3rd new construction home and this was by far the best experience of all three. Landmark was professional, timely, courteous and the craftsmanship is awesome. Gus is a true asset and goes above and beyond in his communication and assistance, even after completion. Our Landmark experience really "Rocked the Block!" They responded to every question, concern or request almost immediately. To be specific, emails were answered within the same day, delivery was on time, materials are high quality, the punch list was addressed quickly and more! Every person from the design center to sales to construction manager to closing staff treated us as if we were their only clients. They even had a bandana for our doodle at closing!

We have built several custom homes so we understand the building process. Our townhome build with Landmark exceeded our expectations!

Both Linda and I, Bill Valley have had a wonderful experience at Landmark. We first met Felicia and Cam, and then went to Loveland to speak with Mike Bartlett and to see a completed Vanguard 2 bedroom condo flat completed. Everyone made Linda and I feel totally at ease and their professionalism coupled with the magnificent quality and views at The Highlands of Fox Hills made it easy to say yes to buying a condo.
We are excited to move in and enjoy the next phase of our lives as seniors living in a condo setting. We look forward to many years of condo living and embracing the golf course setting at The Highlands of Fox Hill.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Landmark Homes. Every single person I spoke with from contract to closing was fantastic. Can not say enough good about the total Landmark experience. Everyone is so responsive and helpful at each stage from our initial sale, to the design table, to site inspection to the “closing table”. All personnel are professional and responsive. Awesome organization/builder! They truly stand by their build should we have any questions about aspects of the home. When Loveland had a bit of a "hiccup" with their utility service, Landmark was there to support us, avoiding any finger pointing and addressing the issues. We couldn't be more pleased!

After 3 years the majority of my doors stick, had to deal with huge mice expense due to improper sealing. Big issues with settlement. Floors are popping and coming up.

I am extremely happy with the condo I purchased. The construction seems to be high quality and my concerns during the walkthrough were listened to. Mike Bartlett was very helpful and willing to answer my questions, and he was available throughout the entire purchasing process. My only complaint is the delays in construction which made my move-in date a bit of a problem. I'm not sure Landmark could have done anything about that, but it did complicate the process since I was selling another home and had agreed on a move-out date based on the completion dates I had been given.

Pamela is the best! If you are looking for a new home I highly recommend seeing her for all your needs.

Talk about best-in-class! This builder is top tier all the way around. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury home in Colorado!

Kelly was so helpful and answered all my questions. Landmark homes are beautiful and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Construction proceeded smoothly and on schedule; and the quality of our townhome is very good. We did have one or two warranty issues; but Mallory George and her team took care of them in a timely, professional manner, and we love our home!

👍🏼🫶🏻We bought our lovely Landmark Cascade home 2 yrs ago with the help of Felicia Godfrey ,she’s helped us out a lot w many questions in the process of building a Devon now in same area…our Cascade is on the market now so we can move into our Devon this summer. As our grandkids grow we needed a slightly larger place.
