Seth (the owner) did an amaxing job fixing issues I was having with my front door and window. My builder did not do a great job of securing either and both were being pushed out of the frames. Seth knew exactly what was wrong (poor materials used to secure both and brick work pushing down the frame) He was able to secure both my door and window reseal everything with quality sealent, and caulk and fix a very thick crack in the interior of my home. I looks brand new. He was on time, left the interior and exterior of my house cleaner then he found it, and saved me a ton of money. I already have a list of projects for him. I am very picky, and Seth's attention to detail was a very welcome relief.

I've had "to-do" items around our home for many years that were outside my abilities and Seth was able to complete these tasks in no time. He removed and installed a 2nd-floor window, resealed all windows with quality sealant, removed and installed a high-quality backdoor, build front porch railings, and installed a custom-colored storm door. Seth was insightful with my requests and professional throughout the entire process. I have reached back to Tools and Time for a couple of other projects.

Seth has done multiple projects in our home. From simple electrical and plumbing, all the way up to bathroom and basement remodels. At this point I'm sure there's nothing he can't tackle.

Seth and his team are also very professional, thorough, and upfront. We won't use anyone else in our home now, for anything. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I was my own contractor for my two homes, after an injury I am unable to do things myself. Trying to find an honest, reliable person who I could trust and do things to my standards which is extremely high was very challenging. After meeting Seth, seeing his work and speaking to him, I was sold. Honest, sweet. Always on tim, great experience, work ethics & has great ideas, he did my windows (22 large ones) in two days. Fabulous work! I hired him to remodel my master bath & kitchen. If you want a stand up guy you can trust, look no further. I am so thankful to have found him!

Seth's attention to all of the details was superb. We found the right contractor to replace our deck, shore up what was needed from 20 yr old supports, recommend products that work best in NOCO environment - Tools & Time Home Services came through for us - we love the finished project. Absolutely love our modern pergola! Seth is responsive, a clear communicator with extreme quality and care in his craftsmanship.

We used Seth to replace a barn door with a new swing door. He did a fantastic job. The quality of his work was so high, he completed it in a timely manner, and the door matches the rest of the room seamlessly. I wanted to put in built ins with cabinets and a fireplace etc on our flat wall in the living room. I sent Seth pictures of the style and what I was going for. Seth listened and understood the job and vision. I could not be happier with the end result. He even added his own little flair and installed a pocket door that hides inside the side of the wall for our media (modem, PS5, and cable box). He helped us with picking out a fireplace and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. It has made our living room so incredibly beautiful and everyone that comes in our home compliments it! We love it and we love Seth! He is trustworthy and punctual. Side note, we had Seth give us a quote on a deck and I was impressed when he suggested concrete for our back patio instead because it would save us thousands and he would not be the one doing the job, meaning, he loses that money and job. I was impressed with his honesty and ability to put our needs first. This was our first meeting and this was how I knew he was the right person for the job for our built ins. Highly recommend!
