Valley Heating, Air and Refrigeration did a great job for us! Over the weekend (of course), we noticed our furnace was blowing out cold air. Bryan graciously came on Sunday to check it out and discovered our control panel went bad. We also had trouble with our AC over the summer and did a band-aid fix on it. Knowing that both the furnace and AC were 20 years old, we asked Bryan for all the options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get us some quotes. The cost of replacing the control panel on the furnace was much higher than I anticipated. We ultimately decided to bite the bullet and get both the furnace and AC replaced. Bryan placed the order and squeezed the installation in a few days later. He and Zach showed up promptly at 9 am and were polite and answered any questions. They were very respectful of our home, they cleaned up afterwards and walked through the equipment with me. It was helpful that they offered financing as an option if needed. All in all, Valley Heating did a great job for us and we'll definitely call them first if we have any issues in the future!

We are a new customer and are very happy with their service. From the first phone call to their visit to our home. The tech was very nice and did a great job. I thought we had an issue after and I called them and they were very good about coming back out just to make me feel better. It was nothing they did. But they cared enough to make sure all was ok.

Our 24 year old HVAC system finally bit the dust and it was time for a total replacement. I called several companies for estimates and went with Valley. I'm very pleased with not only the system and quality of the work, but also the owner and the entire team. They were a pleasure to work with and had fantastic attitudes. Super professional, punctual and caring. Highly recommended.
