Black Belt Roofing did an amazing job on my house after a hail storm earlier this summer. Dustin did a great job communicating the plan and following through on getting our house back to better than before the storm! I would recommend everyone to work with Black Belt Roofing!

Black Belt made a roof drainage modification on an existing roof that required some major engineering changes. The repair required new and appropriate roofing metal, shingles and rain gutter repair. The result of this modification solved the drainage issue and was done in a timely manner.

They used better materials (class 4 impact resistant shingles), and completed the job well ahead of schedule, despite our steep, multi-pitch roof. They also identified and fixed flashing and gutter issues without extra cost or time. The owner, Dustin Peterich, was onsite supporting his team from start to finish. Not only was the job completed flawlessly, but the site - house, driveway, surrounding yard, was left cleaner and in better condition then before they started. You will not find a better team.

He also coordinated with our insurance for the entire claim process, walking us through every step with transparency and expert advice. Dustin’s expertise was the primary reason our warranty was approved so quickly and he single handedly ensured the issue was addressed and coordinated the submission and replacement in record time. There was a problem on my roof that wasn’t about roofing per se but, for safety’s sake, I wanted someone who had experience working on a roof. (Mine has a steep slope that concerned me.) From the start, Dustin was always prompt in responding to my inquiries--mostly we exchanged text messages. Furthermore, in doing the repair work, Dustin was reliable, conscientious, thorough, fair in his pricing, and congenial. He not only re-secured the brace, he added hardware to ensure it wouldn’t become loose again, and he checked to make sure a second brace was secure. He took time to explain things to me and to reassure me. He even offered a very practical suggestion about a radon mitigation pipe, which I will pursue.
