They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and did a great job.

They don't show up for appointments. I don't think they are a real company.

We just moved to the area and had the pleasure of meeting these fine folks. Showed up on time and answered all our questions about having a fireplace. We moved up here from Colorado Springs and haven’t had a true wood burner for years! Tonnya was so friendly and helpful with our fireplace maintenance! I recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for everything. See you all on the next cleaning!

Did not show up for scheduled appointment, TWICE! Didn’t even call. And when you call them you just get an automated “push 1 to schedule an appointment”. That’s it. Can’t talk to a live person even when they waste your time making you wait for an appointment they don’t t show up for.

Excellent!!! I’m a little late with my review, but these guys are wonderful!! I not only got my wood burning stove pipe cleaned, but also educated on proper burning techniques and what to use to maintain my stove and proper safety measures. Professional, courteous, kind, and friendly - excellent prices! Thank you!!!

Our experience with Safeguard was the same as the other reviewers. Tonya scheduled their service around our difficult schedule. The tech David was prompt, thorough, very clean and informative during our two chimney cleanings. With their cleaning system, no ash or dust could be found around our woodburner after he left.
