Constraction reviews in Woodland Park, Colorado

great contractors

Scheduled an estimate and had an appointment- he didn’t show and said he had to reschedule for that afternoon- we asked what time - we never heard from him again.

I'll keep it simple: A lot of the work they did on our property is on their page with our permission. Why? Timberwolf absolutely deliver on their promise and excel in creating unique, interesting, one-of-a-kind construction. If there's a way to make an idea come to life, you have my word they can do it.

Of course, they can build you a house that's like every other house you want... and they will build it to specification and it will be well done... but if you have an idea or an inkling on doing something a little different, you'll be presented with a lot of passion, a lot of options and a company that pays an attention to detail that doesn't exist anymore.

Finally, Patrick treats his workers well and it shows. Every member of his team was a joy to work with and took pride in their work.

Nothing but praise.

****Don’t recommend Attention!! **** Not the type to put people on blast but whoever owns this company timber wolf construction just thought you should know these two young ladies probably not even old enough to drive?? The kids I’m assuming literally parked right on my car just telling people watch out!! Out of all the parking they decided to park right on me? Lol BEWARE!! Also if your the parents & your letting your kids drive your company car I advise you to be a good parent & tell them to drive & park correctly. Will never use this company!

Great people!

Excellent review of our landscaping problem. For areas outside their focus great referrals.

All concerns were addressed promptly. Ryan is pleasant to work with and his communication skills are excellent. His employees are hard-working and kind.

Ryan and his crew are amazing. They are hard working and professional. My clients have been very pleased and I will always reach out to him when needed!

Our home looks like new with the beautiful paint job. Everything went smoothly and everyone was very kind, on time and finished perfectly - checking and rechecking every detail. I'm so glad we chose them.

Ryan and his crew are the best painters my wife and I have ever contracted with. They worked hard and always showed up when expected.

I've worked with Ryan at Prime Co Exteriors twice; exterior painting, gutters and roof. Great service, quality, communication and work.

Ryan did a FANTASTIC siding job for me. He was always available to answer questions and did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend using Primeco Exterior.

PrimeCo did a phenomenal job on the exterior of my house. The cedar looks so good. They were in time, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!!

Did an incredible job staining our cedar home! Helped out with some additional small holes and even painted trim on some windows we couldn’t get to. Will absolutely use them again and would recommend!

Fantastic quality, professional, and responsive. PrimeCo made sure that I was well informed about the entire process (including working with my insurance company). I'd highly recommend PrimeCo for anyone looking for roof installation or repairs.

Cannot say enough good about my experience with this company and crew!!! All the way around fantastic! The crew was so professional, so polite and the work was excellent! Didn’t think I would ever say getting a new roof was pleasurable, but it was, or as much as it can be! Highly highly recommend them! Top to crew, big thumbs up!!!

Ryan was attentive to detail and our issues with the backyard. He is a ‘can do’ person who listened well to what we wanted and had great ideas of how to accomplish them. On time, great work force who completed the work timely with great results.

There wasn't a single thing that I was not happy with about the work that was done. Ryan was very flexible, extremely timely, very detailed and professional. The painting crew was quick, thorough and also very professional. The finished work was exactly what I wanted.

Ryan and the crew did a wonderful job on our deck. Whenever they at work, they were all business and knocked it out in record time and with impeccable precision. Highly recommend their services.

PrimeCo did the roof repair on my house and painted the exterior. They did a great job for a great price. The job was done very fast after all the details were completed. Recommend them to anyone.

Ryan is very personable, easy to get along with, prompt, was honest about the condition of the house. His painting and guttering crew were great! They finished the job in a timely manner.
