Never actually used this service, but based on how shitty of a driver their truck was I was just behind; I can tell I’ll never use them in the future!

Quality work and they stand behind it if there are any issues. Handled everything greatly and we are excited with our new concrete patio!

Its concrete work so it aint always fun but with the atmosphere that i saw and felt while there it feels more like family, definitely worth checking out if your looking for a place to match commitment and dedication to achieving posative results everyone really took pride in what they did and that leads to sucess

We had a terrible experience with this contractor. The Anderson Concrete contractor was named Todd. He didnt wear a shirt and his pants were hanging down so low that he was exposing his rear. I questioned why they were here 2 days after filling a hole 6x10x5 (LXWXD), the ground was suppose to settle before pouring. I told him that the trenching company poured 5 yds of dirt in the hole and then tapped it. They did not compact the dirt in layers as they were filling, therefore it needs to settle. He was very rude and discourteous. He started questioning me, dis respectively, telling me I didnt know what I was talking about. I had to call the city, this was their repair job on our water line, and complain. The situation was resolved by the City warranting the work otherwise I would have removed him from my property. If your getting concrete work done and are considering them......... if I was you, I would check around and get a professional company that isnt a mom and pop shop.

This company was contacted by my Builder to do warranty work on my new house. First of all, when owning a company, there needs to be at least some integrity. Unfortunately, after trying to communicate with Chad, who is apparently the owner, I had to resort to contacting my builder to relay messages. The owner is not a man of his words. I’ve been told many times by him that he “wants to make things right”. Instead of completing the job with quality work, the first time I spoke to him, he informed me that he would not be able to starthe job at my house on time. Fine, not a big deal. We made another arrangement to do it in a month. That month came and it’s been nothing but a headache. “My crew will be there tomorrow morning” but they were no where to be seen. Had to contact the builder again. Finally get a return call from Chad a day later. Finished the work in my basement. All looked good. Now onto my garage floor. Skim coat applied. I was told to wait overnight to walk on the floor. Fine. Not so much. The next day I took a step on the floor and it was soft. Left a foot print from my shoe. Contacted Chad. I was told to wait till the end of the weekend. Fine. Monday rolls up and my garage floor I can basically run and it turns literally into dust. Bad product or bad application? Either way, I could go on and on with this story but I’ll cut it short here. It’s over a month and I’m still having issues trying to get them to complete the work with quality workmanship. Do not use this company due to the fact that there’s no integrity and the work is poor quality. I’m currently contacting my lawyer and will be filing up with the local news as well.

I purchased a home that used these guys as contractors for the front porch and flatwork. I've never seen a worse job than the neighborhood they serviced in Sturgis, MI. They didn't pour the concrete on gravel or any base, just the fill dirt. mistake #1. mistake #2, when they removed the forms, they were ripped off ruining the concrete finish that everyone can see. Mistake #3, they didn't back fill, so all the fill dirt they poured right on top of was washed out. YOU BACK FILL AFTER REMOVING FORMS. I would give lower stars if I could, but I highly advise going with someone else, who isn't doing the bare minimum and acting shady.

Got a call from Chad regarding a work order that was submitted by our builders. Was good and professional over the phone and had no questions at the end of the conversation. The crew came on the scheduled day and spot on time. Concrete work isn’t pretty but I could see the crew putting care and their knowledge to work. Peeled my new grass back and did some other “landscaping” so they could lay the framework to pour the concrete. No issues. The guys were personable, answered questions and were just an all around right crew. After pouring they put all the landscaping back perfectly and made sure the new grass was properly placed. Care and etiquette from every angle I could see. Gentlemen came today and cut the lines… same thing, professional and courteous. Seems all stuff a “normal” company should do but a lot don’t these days anymore. Will go to them for future work.

Had a back patio poured by Scott Anderson Concrete and they did an amazing job! They really work with you to make your vision a reality. They even transplanted some barrier stone to different places around my house. Super informative and responsive when I had questions.

They did a great job on a addition we were doing. The floor needed to be smooth with a gradual constant pitch and they knocked it out.

Scott Anderson just completed our driveway tear out and replacement and I could not be happier - the crew were fantastic, the work was performed with the upmost professionalism and communication and adaptability throughout was supurb! I highly recommend!

I was referred to Scott Anderson Concrete by a friend who works in the construction business. We wanted a concrete pad and a basketball hoop installed in our backyard. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, everybody was great! Their crew was knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. The finished product looks great! We will absolutely be using them again when/if we have concrete needs

BRANDEN is an Excellent worker , he’s Experienced and very fare price, BRANDEN got to my house on time and I had him Cut down a tree in my yard, I Literally saved A lot of money by hiring him… he’s fare to people and doesn’t over price… Will Hire Him Again! Steve M.
