I contacted Arbors & More for a retaining wall for our rose garden. From the 1st contact I knew we struck gold. Tim was super helpful & responsive. I hired Arbors and More to redesign my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!! I've had Devine by design do a few concrete projects for us every time was a great experience

After one year as I was preparing to reseal my driveway I noticed that some of the coloring was coming off I sent e-mail, sent text, called and left voicemail stating I wanted Steve to either call me or stop by to take a look at the work his daughter and helper did but it’s been 5 days and still no contact.

Removed old stairs and extended a concrete porch they removed old walks and poured a new one did an overlay on front steps. Installed metal railings. We had to wait longer than we would haves liked but do understand how busy contractors are. The nice work was worth waiting

I am located in a flood zone and I needed assistance right away. Devine by Design wrote out a detailed plan on his professional opinion on what exactly needs to be done to fix my flooding issue. The company already had a full schedule but the owner and his crew worked on the weekend to help me with my flooding issue; water was coming through unto my living room floor. They cut off all the damaged wood, installed a gravity fed French-drain that went all the way around the house, sealed the house, & placed a submersible pump as well. They did such a great job that the pump never goes on even during this winter storm and constant rainfall. At the end of the pipe you can see the constant flow of water which is all done by gravity. So this was a lifesaver especially with the power going out just a few days ago. So while they were digging I asked if I would save money by installing sprinklers now verses waiting until summer. So not only did I get a savings for installation of sprinklers they also gave me a military discount. The owner also went above and beyond the detailed description of the work he would do. Originally he was just going to do remainder of the house that didn’t have a French-drain. The owner, upon more examination of what the previous company installed, saw that the perforated pipe and sump pump was incorrectly installed. At no extra cost, he immediately fixed the issue. So I bought this house about 11 months ago and was glad to hear that there was a sump pump and French drain. I am surprised the inspector didn’t point out that the sump pump didn’t have a catch valve and basin was so narrow that the float kept getting stuck. The other issue was that the French drain wasn’t dug deep in enough. Devine by Design immediately fixed the issue as I said at no extra cost. I will go to this company for any work that needs to be done because not only do they specialize in custom concrete and landscaping but they’re also are registered general contractors. They were always on time, respectful & treated me like I was family. I am a customer for life!

Devine by Design was so awesome, they came in after another crew had totally screwed up my property and I had to fire them. Steve Hickey was so incredible and his crew did the most fantastic job. I designed the they layout and printed it out and they followed it exactly. Straightest lines I have ever scene, and the old world cobble stone stamping was incredible.
