Johnny came to the a core hole for our company on a much needed last minute request. He was quite far but made it in a timely manner. He then ran into some issues with thick 1” rebars, causing difficulty on the hit of the drill. It clearly wasn’t an easy job but he made it happen for us and he had a great attitude through it. Really like Johnny, he got a long term customer.

Johnny was a great person to work with, he showed up the day after I called him and got everything done, kept it clean and was very efficient.

Johnny was great with communication. Able to do the work the next day. Showed up like he said he would and got the problem done no issues. Would definite recommend and hire again!

I had a really difficult and unusual job of cutting some lamps that were embedded into a stone/concrete wall due to a terrible construction error. I couldn't find ANYONE to help me. I am so happy I called Johnny. He immediately called back and let me know the risk in cutting them out and how to proceed with caution without spending a ton of money. I was blown away how honest and nice he was. He came out and basically performed a miracle and got the lamps out without damaging them! He was super meticulous and was a total perfectionist double and triple checking that we had all the original screws and hardware once they came out. The price was totally reasonable. I think he would be great at any job, but if you're hunting for something unusual, he's your guy. On a side note, I rarely come across someone that stands out as much as he did as a kind, positive wonderful person. I have no doubt any one who hires him will be pleased all around.

Called Johnny's concrete and explained my situation. Without even knowing me he offered advice over the phone which gave me the confidence to do the job myself. This is unheard today! If I ever need concrete cutting I will definitely be using Johnny's services without a doubt. Appreciate and humbled knowing there are still good, honest people like Johnny's in business.

I hired Johnny to install a sleeve under the sidewalk for rainwater drainage from our backyard to the street. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is clearly really committed to making sure the customer is satisfied - it was easy to see why he has so many 5-star reviews. He did a great job at our house. And he charged a very reasonable price, which was considerably cheaper than the price two landscaping companies had quoted me for the same job.

Absolutely nothing but positive comments about Johnny and his company. I called him on a Monday afternoon and they came to my job site on Tuesday morning to complete a relatively minor job. After contacting a few other highly rated companies I was dismayed as they were not interested in such a small concrete cut unless they’d charge me a minimum which was ridiculously high.

Johnny not only gave me an excellent and fair bid, he did so efficiently and efficiently with expertise.

I was also extremely impressed by his work ethic, compassion and friendliness.

I’m now a customer for life and I would highly recommend Johnny for all of your cement needs.

Johnny performed the job exactly we discussed and I expected. Perfect. That does not happen very often. There were a few more rocks under my sidewalk making the job harder than usual. Johnny helped me out! I had a stem wall that was too big and needed to figure out if I should break it out or cut it. When I called Johnny, he was confident we could cut it. He came out literally 4 hours after I called him and got it done!
I have other work we will need on our ADU build and I will call him back without a doubt.

Excellent service and quality - project was completed on time and the crew was very professional, detailed and diligent with their work. We have had much rainfall since the project was completed and the retaining wall is working wonderfully. Inspector from the city who signed off on the final project even commented how well done the work was. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely happy with the work Clint and his team did on my project. I had about 13 stone steps with concrete pads installed to wind up a 7ft hill. The guys were all professional and really enjoyed their work. I even threw in a change and they were able to pick it up. Exceeded my expectations and they are on the top of my list for my next project. I would definitely recommend.
