Very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job installing a new concrete patio for me on a very short time line after another contractor ghosted on the job.

Got a quote for weekly cutting and they never showed. Contacted them to tell them and was assured by Rob that they would be out the next day. While I was skeptical I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, no show, no call.

Their services were fine and my yard looked nice. The lack of stars is for their billing practices. WATCH YOUR INVOICE CAREFULLY. After being incorrectly billed for the 2nd time in a row (now up to over $400 worth of services im being billed for that never happened), I wont be going back. I must say that all extra charges were dropped with no argument though.

I contracted with Greenscape USA for a stamped concrete patio. The first time they poured it, they didn’t order enough concrete and messed it up. They tore it out and poured it again. This time it rained while they were pouring it which messed it up. They tore it out and poured it again. This time the color was awful and not even close to what we ordered. The stamp job was like a bunch of kids did it. There are sections that the stamp didn’t take because the concrete was too wet when they stamped it. There are groves of concrete that stick up where the stamp pads meet. If you walk on it with bare feet it has and will cut the bottom of your feet. Robert Euerle came out to inspect the job and admitted that it was a poor quality job. He both verbally and through email agreed to tear it out and do it over. This was a year ago and to this day, the job is not complete. I have tried to contact him and he does not respond. I gave him the option of doing the work correctly or tearing it out and refunding my money. Again, no response. If you are looking for any type of work to be done to your home, Greenscape USA is not the place to do business!

They were out at my house earlier than anticipated (after they called of course) so it was a welcome surprise to have my yard mulched earlier than later. They were done in a short amount of time and cleaned up everything. Saved my back from shoveling loads of mulch! Thanks so much. Diane

Rob and his team installed a shrubbery bed in front of our house and made the property look so much nicer. But his company's service capabilities started even before the install. His guy ground some stumps in the yard and even got rid of a huge one that wasn't included in the quote--at no extra cost. Rob also offered useful advice for maintaining the site during its first couple weeks as the shrubs establish themselves into our property. The best part was, he and his team were not only quick, but thorough--making sure there was no debris left behind. Sometimes when contractors have a lot of jobs scheduled for the day--and this is Greenscape's busy season--little details can get lost. Rob and his guys made sure we were satisfied before they left. He even came back a few days later to see if we were still satisfied. The answer is yes.

Called and spoke with a very nice lady about having my back yard redone. Was told someone would contact me to schedule a time to come out and give me an estimate. 2 weeks later still no call. Put in a request for information on their website. 2 weeks after that still haven't received a call, email or anything.

I can't speak about how good their services are because they don't appear to want my business, but their communication skills are not great.

Love our new (widened) driveway, garage floor, maintenance walk and small patio (behind house)!!! We would definitely recommend GreenScape USA to anyone looking for quality work at a great (competitive) price!!!!

*Thank you to your crew, who worked nonstop for 2 days (in extreme heat), getting the job done, and for fixing our storm drain the way it should be, since it had never been connected to anywhere for drainage.

Rob, the owner, was referred to me by a close friend of mine and said the work that his company "Greenscape" did exceptional work -- he was right! From the time I initially called the owner, it was as if I was talking to a friend. My house needed some serious work done in order to effectively (and completely) waterproof it from the exterior method. A tree needed removed, concrete needed blown up inside and out, an entire main sewer needed replacing, the trench digging around the entire perimeter, removal of stairs, a back porch, and a repour of steps and an extended patio. His project manager Alan and his crew of about 5 did everything in one week (tree was removed a month prior). They were hard-working, personable, were super nice to my family and ensured my 4 cats didn't escape during the constant in and outs of our house. Flexible on our payments and really tried to keep costs low given the amount that needed complete in the tight quarters city of Garfield Heights. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for ANY work they provide👍👍✅✅!!

Rob gave a very detailed quote for a new concrete driveway and delivered everything promised. I was given a start date and the crew showed up on time. They answered all my questions and explained the process as I watched. He called to ensure I was happy with the final look and I am loving it!!

Greenscape removed an asphalt over concrete driveway that i have been wanting to replace for years. They replace the drain and damaged piping. City inspector noted the prep exceeded the standard. After a few days of miserable weather we finally got a day for them to come and pour. The driveway they put in looks remarkable, i could not be happier. I will be using them again. Great work at a reasonable price with fast, friendly and courteous workers. i will recommend them to anyone.

Greenscape USA Inc., removed a multi-layer asphalt driveway for us and repaired the driveway drain piping and crock before pouring a beautiful concrete driveway. The work was done quickly once it started, and expertly. Our city inspector told me the prep was top quality. We are thrilled with the way the new driveway performs in the rain, no runoff heading toward the house, but flowing nicely toward the street or toward the drain. The demolition was made complicated by the electric line runs to the garage, but that obsticle was handled with care. At the time of the estimate, it was not known that we would need new pipe underground. The additional costs were reasonable and completely understandable. We would use this company again.

Rob and his crew did an excellent job with the installation of both my driveway and patio. His crew were like little worker bees. They took all the necessary steps to make sure the house was protected before the concrete pour; very neat and clean job. Answered all my questions and followed-up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them and already have. 👍 Thanks for the job well done!
