I've hired Grand Concrete for projects at various rentals we manage to raise concrete that had sunken a significant amount. They were affordable, worked efficiently and were easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I will use them again for any concrete raising or replacement jobs I have in the future.

I had a giant tree near the walkway next to my house and garage. The tree's root system wrecked my walkway, lifting concrete slabs and was about to damage the house foundation. I had to get the stump grinded and the tree company didn't have the equipment to move the concrete slabs on top of the roots. I called to get quotes right after the tree was cut down and to my surprise someone from Grand Concrete came over that afternoon and gave me options on what to do. It would have been almost impossible to put the slabs back into place without breaking them or to place them so that they were level. So I asked him to remove it and pour new concrete. They were fast enough to remove the slabs that day so that the tree company could finish their work grinding the stump and roots. Then a week later, they came back and poured the concrete. My front yard and walkway look great now. I had to write a review, its rare to get a reasonable price and a contractor that shows up when they said they would and do a perfect job.
