I cannot recommend F&M highly enough. Here is why.

Everyone has a story of when things go right but here is what happened when something went awry and the excellent way F&M handled it.

We had a rainy Spring which delayed our driveway. Every step of the way Maddisen at F&M kept us up to date and answered any questions we had. The day the project was completed and our driveway poured it unexpectedly rained. The next day, before we even noticed any issues, TJ (who provided us the estimate) said they were not happy with the final pour and the effects of the rain.

Less than a week later TJ and Andy came out, met with us, looked at the project and discussed it with us. Then at their expense, with no fuss and within days of the meeting they came out and redid the damaged portion of our driveway. When it was done they even had a person who came out, removed any last debris, filled in gaps around the driveway reseeded and put down mulch. We even received a thank you note.

Their workers worked hard, worked fast and did quality work.

A company that stands behind their work, works closely with the customer and communicates so well is why I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had F&M Contractors, Inc do 3 jobs at our 50+ year old home:
> new sidewalks
> replace a concrete step at our front door with a large "landing"
> repair the bricks above the concrete step that were very loose

TJ gave us a fair estimate and locked in a specific timeframe we requested. The job was completed in a few days. When the trucks, equipment & team showed up you could clearly see their process is a "well-oiled machine".

The sidewalk at the concrete step was basically a mess. Due to the "bend" at the concrete step it was clumsy walking to the step and too narrow. TJ and Andy laid out a design to increase the width of the sidewalk, so it looks fantastic and it's so much easier to walk up and enter our home. We have several family members with walking disabilities, so our new sidewalk / landing is great looking and much safer for them.

We have neighbors who had concrete work done and it took weeks to complete. F&M Contractors has the talent and experience to complete quality work efficiently. Unlike other contractors we called - F&M got back to us immediately! I would definitely recommend them for your concrete work projects.

Excellent company and Staff. TJ was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very professional. The new asphalt driveway looks fantastic. They had to remove several bricks from our walkway to lay the asphalt and came back several days later to reset the bricks. The walkway looks better than what it did. Would highly recommend F&M Contractors!!

F&M installed our new asphalt driveway, as well as, a concrete patio and concrete walkways. The entire team including Maddison, TJ, Andy, and all of the guys onsite were very professional. They communicated well on what we should expect, including when the work would take place and how long it would take. They kept the site clean and showed great care with our home and yard. It was obvious they all take great pride in their workmanship and having satisfied customers is a priority. I highly recommend F&M for any project.

We needed to replace and expand our driveway to accommodate 2 cars. TJ came out and listened to our requirements and then gave us an excellent estimate. We worked with Andy during the setup and pouring of the concrete. He was an excellent manager and the project went off without an issue. He worked with us to meet all of requirements. We are really pleased with the results!

Hands down, it was a top notch experience! I considered a less referred company who was slightly lower in price, but followed my gut and awareness of their numerous excellent reviews! The process was smooth from start to finish! F&M crews were on site several days and what was very impressive was that TJ, who was my initial contact with the estimate, came to the site daily and even helped the skillful crew when the concrete was poured. Rarely does one's superior actually do the work! The men were respectful, courteous and their attention to detail showed pride in their work! I was so glad I used F&M because of all of the attention to detail! I did not expect the service F & M provided and am certain the other company would not have been able to provide that! The drive and walkways look fantastic! Call F&M and don't bother with others.

F&M did a lovely driveway expansion for us, and so when we heard they had added landscaping services, we decided to use them for a big yard project. They came up with a plan that was within our budget, eco-friendly, and looks really nice. Melanie was great to work with -- enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and super-organized in her live and email communications with us.

I’m delighted with my experience with F & M Contractors! After a detailed consultation about our needs, they redid two large perennial beds in my front yard, temporarily removed the plants to be preserved, stripped the beds of weeds and invasive grass, regraded the beds, divided and replanted my existing native perennials in an awesome new design, and mulched, as well as providing a strategy for maintaining and adding to the beds in future. Amazing! Melanie is so knowledgeable , supportive, and easy to talk with, I definitely plan to work with her again in future. Highly recommend!

F&M Contractors removed a combination old flagstone and concrete patio in our rear yard. It was a rather involved task due to the flagstone continuing into our screened-in rear porch which we left untouched and a slight slope and drainage issues. TJ and Andy came up with the perfect solution for the removal and then the installation of the new all concrete patio.
The work crew was extremely professional and friendly.
It was an overall complicated undertaking and we couldn't be happier.
They arrived right on time each day and did each day's job efficiently.
The cost of the job was very competitive and there were no extra hidden charges.
We would highly recommend F&M Construction for any such job.

Wanted to give a review after a little time has passed. We got a new driveway and sidewalk 1.5 yrs ago. Customer service and quality of the job were excellent, and we are still totally pleased. A contractor in our family continues to say this is the best-looking driveway he's seen. Highly recommend F&M!

After complete and informative estimate engagement, they replaced our sidewalk and did a wonderful, job, in prompt efficient time frame with excellent clean up.

F&M re-did our concrete driveway apron. 1. Very professional experience in terms of both communications and execution, including timeliness. 2. Emails were often replied to in a matter of minutes. 3. Job crew covered with plastic my asphalt driveway, curb and mailbox, to keep them clean. 4. Finished job looks awesome. 5. Provided detailed instructions on the curing process. 6. Sent someone a day after the job to seal the new concrete, cut the joints and re-seed the lawn on its edges. I would definitely call them again.

Melanie, the landscape designer and manager was fantastic to work with! We are very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend F&M for any landscaping project. Melanie was knowledgeable, professional, and available throughout the process.
She listened to our general ideas of what we wanted, then included us in the design from start to finish. She was focused on using only native plants, which was important to us, and educated us on the care and maintenance.
The entire crew did a beautiful job completing the work, and were very respectful of our property while here.

Overall we had an excellent experience hiring F&M to install a concrete patio in our backyard. They provided clear, consistent communication. Prices were fair. The work performed looks great.

I am so pleased with the new sidewalk F&M Contractors built for the front and side of my house. The process couldn't have been easier. Tim was always quick and thorough in his replies to any questions I had and the team was very thorough and professional throughout the construction. I have more projects in the upcoming year and I feel so confident in F&M to do an absolutely wonderful job.

We hired F&M Contractors to replace our concrete driveway and sidewalk. From the first visit from TJ to give us an estimate and see what we needed to the finished project was a great experience. We had a lot of issues with water in our carport and a pond on our sidewalk every time it rained. TJ did an amazing job designing the driveway and sidewalk. All our water issues are resolved. The crew was very professional and respectful. Showed up on time, cleaned up each day before they left. I 100% recommend F&M Contractors!!

Everything about our dealings with F&M speaks to the above rating we are giving them. TJ is wonderful to work with, from the estimate to the completion. He was responsive and prompt in his communications and very knowledgeable in the planning of the new driveway, including drainage pipes that needed to be installed. The crew showed up promptly everyday, were courteous, tidy and meticulous. Andy, as foreman, was always there and happily answered any questions we had. We have used this company before and would totally recommend them.

F&M Contractors did a very nice job completing our new concrete patio. They were very careful not to leave a mess and we felt like they were a good fit for this job. Very happy.

We contracted F&M for a large driveway and walkway project. It encompassed ripping out old asphalt driveway, widening and replacing with concrete. Also, we had them rip up old concrete walkway and replace with pavers. Could not be happier with the final result and the customer service provided throughout. TJ, Andy and rest of team are top notch professionals who listened to our needs throughout and exceeded expectations. I talked to about a dozen different contractors as it was such a large job I wanted to make sure due diligence was in line. They were neither the cheapest or most expensive, but no doubt the level of expertise in their org resulted in a superior end product. Highly recommend for any driveway, walkway, hardscape needs

F&M Contractors is a good company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a driveway replacement. They were professional, attentive, and did what they said they would when they said they would (not always the case for many contractors!). TJ and Andy are very no nonsense in a way that I liked (do you really want a touchy feely group laying concrete anyway?) and Maddison is great! Three thumbs up!

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate F&M an 11. They were a great crew and Andy/I made real-time decisions that resulted in a better end result. I highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

NOTE: if concrete work is near your mailbox, I would recommend you stop your mail delivery until the work is completed. Even though our concrete work was staked off with ribbon, the mail person decided to walk on the new cement.
