Tim came by to give us an estimate. Seemed like a standup and knowledgeable guy. Said he would email over the estimate by a certain date. He never did. I followed up a couple times with phone calls, but never got an answer and never heard back. I understand landscapers are busy these days, but it doesn't excuse not following through with your word.

I hired this company to do a huge job which required a whole lotta back fill & a concrete drive way for my home. The driveway was a half moon driveway in the front of the home & extended all the way to the backyard where the garage is located. Prompt service reasonably priced & superb workmanship! The job took about two /three weeks to complete & was smooth sailing and stress free for me. Highly recommed this company for anyone looking into getting any concrete work done

This review is very late, I hired Quality Concrete in November 2013. Their professionalism, punctuality and workmanship really impressed me. They are a very trustworthy company and and I highly recommend them.

It just recently hit me that we should review all companies whether the reviews are good or bad. We tend to leave negative reviews every time we have a bad experience and very rarely leave good reviews when we are satisfied.

Mark and his team did a wonderful and professional job on our backyard, start to finish. We are looking forward to more jobs with this company. We had a great experience and appreciate the great work.

Tim came by and gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He told me he would let me know the next day when he could make it out but then I never heard back from him. I called a couple times, left a voicemail and sent him a text with no response. It’s a shame because he seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I 100% recommend this company. We had three different companies come out to give us quotes and QCL was the only company that gave us our quote when they said they would and it was quick. Other companies didn't get back to us for 2-3 weeks even though they said we would get the quote that same day or in a couple days. QCL doesn't require payment upfront and you only pay when they are done. Mark is very thorough and gives you a design that is to scale. We can't wait for them to come back to do our back yard.

Our entire experience was beginning to end was amazing. This company promises a product/service and delivers 1000%. The onsite manager during the project completion ensured that every step was taken and no shortcuts were ever seen or experienced. I would recommend anyone that needs a major backyard redo seek our this company and hire immediately. I will have them back next year (2023) for another project.

Mark Serna Jr was very reliable, patient and thorough while providing the estimate. A lot of options were available in regards to my price budget. The crew was very fast in finishing the project and was well done. Would highly recommend and hire again for any future project.

Best service anybody could ask for. We requested a complete overhaul of our front yard and had a general idea of what we wanted. Mr. Mark Serna was very detailed and provided excellent ideas and examples to bring our vision to life. The crew always showed up on time and hit the ground running. Their attention to detail is truly on another level and their workmanship really displays how proud they are with their work. I will definitely use them for all future projects.

We had over 30 yards of concrete to take out and then almost 2000 square feet of landscape to redo and reinvent. Mark Serna Jr. and his father were the most professional and kept us in the loop of the project status since it was rather large. The crew cleaned up everyday and the finished project is something spectacular!
