If I had taken a picture of the “before,” you would be astounded at how spectacular this transformation turned out. We discovered Denver Patio Masters on Instagram through an ad, and from that moment, a wonderful relationship began. We contacted them and met with our sales associate, John Orr. He was exceptional, and to our delight, my family and John shared a connection, having attended the same high school at different times. John collaborated with us effectively, meticulously explaining the planning and construction process of the patios. His expertise in the field was evident. John made sure every detail down to the rocks was met with our request.

Upon accepting the project, we were introduced to Rafael, the contractor. Rafael and his crew worked swiftly and diligently, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship. They seamlessly accommodated some last-minute changes, ensuring everything was executed flawlessly. The diamond-swept patio looks phenomenal! We highly recommend Denver Patio Masters for any future projects.

What a great experience. Marty and the team came to the project with a lot of good ideas and ways to maximize the space in our back yard. Ideas, that didn’t break the bank! They even assisted us with working through the mine field of our HOA. The installation team was very flexible and accommodating. The work was completed, and the team left a clean, ready to use back yard. I’ve already recommended Patio Masters to several friends and neighbors.

I had to condense my review A TON when writing it here. I have all of the dates and timestamps of all communication between myself and this company. I am just over this company and am writing this review because I agreed to do so.

Communication is something that I find very important when working with any company, particularly if I am spending a large amount of money. I did not feel like my project was as important to this company as it was to me, simply because it wasn’t something extravagant that the salesman (Logan) made clear is something they are used to doing. Some things to note: I initially chose this company because they had a $10,000 patio prize. Plus, I figured it would be something awesome to add to our house. 2. We got a firepit for free, after Logan called Marty, the owner, to ask him for it since it was a promotion from, I believe, June. 3. Logan mentioned that there would be times when I may not hear from him, but I was welcome to reach out with comments or questions.

I understand that this company does a lot of work for people in Denver and has recently expanded to Colorado Springs- I believe I read in a response to a review that Marty mentioned that they do anywhere from 300-500 patios a year. Cool, now I am wondering how great that communication piece was between their contact with DPM and the clients. Do they place precedence on people who have elaborate pieces to be completed over those who just want a simple patio? Or they do they put the same energy in to any project, no matter the size and amount that is paid to them? If this is something that isn’t as important to you, yeah definitely use this company.

The concrete contractor that they used was wonderful, but getting a heads up from ANYONE about their arrival would have been great. We have a few more things that we would like to do in our backyard, and we have 2 parking lots that we need concrete poured for my employer, but we will be taking bids from other companies for these projects. Also, the patio prize was never mentioned again.

My overall experience was frustrating, and it was a constant battle in my head as to whether or not to reach out to Logan when I would go weeks without hearing from him. At one point, I thought I had gotten scammed because my down payment had cleared without a single word from him. I will also admit that I got rude with Logan, which was wrong and I should have apologized to him about it. But like I said, I am just over this company.

ETA: I appreciate Marty coming to my home to speak to me in person. Of course, the time has passed to solve the issues that arose, and I feel like he took my recommendations to heart. I am all about second chances, and may give this company a second chance, but I will definitely ask to work with someone else.

Andrew O’Neal took great care of us. He came by and gave us a great presentation that showed how much Denver Patio Masters puts into their work and customer service. Andrew coordinated and facilitated the project from start to finish. The installers did top quality work and were careful with the other landscaping. Once the job was complete, Andrew came by to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the project. We quoted several other companies, and are very happy with our decision to work with Denver Patio Masters.

Top notch! Concrete workers were clean, professional and excellent at their craft! We rehabbed our patio roof with an additional crew who did beautiful work as well. Few hiccups, however Marty (owner) promptly came out and truly listened to our concerns and adjusted immediately. We are so pleased! Would use again! Next project for sure.

Denver Patio Masters went above and beyond our expectations with our retaining wall project. Louis and his crew had done a fantastic job and made sure the sidewalk was cleared every night. Everyone in the neighborhood commented on the wonderful job that was done, we asked for extra business cards to give out!

We worked directly with the owner on our project and Marty runs a great business. He works with some of the best contractors around and quality was so important to him. The work done far exceeded our expectations and the people we worked with made for a great experience. No one pours concrete like this that we could find in the area. If we ran into any issues or we felt something needed fixed or adjusted, Marty and his crew were on it without hesitation. We couldn’t be happier with what they created for us!

We never had to worry about anything. Communication was great and always timely. We had to make some minor changes as the projects went along and you never missed a beat. I was impressed along the way at the fact that the workers cleaned up the areas at the end of each day as well. It was a very big project yet it didn’t inconvenience us much because you each took the extra time and energy.

We actually found Denver Patio Masters from a Facebook reel. Marty was doing a video about the 2024 Colorado Garden & Home show. We could not make it to the convention center so we just gave them a call. Denver Patio Masters came to our home and we told them our vision and they DELIVERED. Everything that my wife and I wanted plus more (BTW, I wanted that bridge and they made a perfect one for me). They did all the landscape around the house and now our neighbors are giving us all kinds of compliments. In fact, we are noticing them cleaning up their yards too.

Marty and his team were so easy to work with. They were kind and courteous and always on time. When they said they would show up, guess what? They showed up. Byron, Pika and the rest of the crew were always smiling, waving hello and were always open to answer our questions. All that and OMG, they worked hard in the rain and blazing summer heat. They were amazing.

Oh! almost forgot to mention. I originally wanted to replace our 20-year old concrete patio with a wooden deck but wanted it to be low maintenance. Marty said they could do a concrete slab and make it look like wood. I was skeptical at first, but they really did it. I show my friends some photos and they can't believe that it is concrete. That is how good they are.

If you want quality work done on your home to upgrade your outdoor space and curb appeal, please call Denver Patio Masters. If you can dream it, they can build it.

Everyone I tell about my patio they say they over charged me, job took a week longer then they said and the patio is bigger then the small one I had before and they concreted over my siding and the window well they enlarged into a egress window in 6 inches lower. The patio is still pretty nice though.

Denver Patio made our patio dream come true. They tore off our old, broken deck, removed rocks and plants to make room to lay the firm foundation for a large patio that extended in front of our shed. It turned out beautifully. From meeting with Raymond to plan our dream and get our quote, to interacting with the hard workers, we enjoyed the experience and would recommend them highly. Though pricey, this was a good investment and has improved our home.

I consulted a friend who was a retired landscaper regarding my backyard vision, and he said to find a company that specializes in aesthetic concrete and can do colored and textured concrete.

I found Denver Patio Masters and they did not disappoint!

First, I met with their consultant Mike, who measured out our walkway vision and took notes on the rest of what we wanted, like white river rock and the Drainage.

We went over the options for concrete colors and textures, and I was so impressed with the selection!

We were having our wedding in the backyard and really wanted our side yard and dance patio to be done by the deadline, and here we were meeting only a month out.

I'm so grateful that we worked with them!!! They did everything perfectly, including installing underground drain pipes. They were very accommodating on requests and focussed on making us happy.

They got everything done 100% complete 6 days before our wedding!

We had a very good experience working with Denver Patio Masters Team.

Our retaining wall project was unique and challenging due to the location being on a backyard hill and the overall size of the two walls. There were delays in the beginning due to permit issues, but once those issues were resolved with the city the work started and the crew came each day dedicated to make sure our project kept moving until is was completed. Working with Andrew, Issac, Byron and the rest of the crew was very good. They were always prompt in responding to any questions we had throughout the process. These guys took care to ensure the result was top notch and what we were expecting. The result is absolutely beautiful(see pictures). Many neighbors have come by to see the work and were very impressed. At the end, they took extra care to ensure the proper clean up was done on the street and our driveway.

We highly recommend Denver Patio Masters and would hire them again in the future if needed. Great Job! We love it! Thank You DPM Crew!

Mitchell was wonderful in going over the process. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions. It took a while for the HOA to approve, but as soon as they did, We were scheduled immediately and the work was done in 3 days, including the destruction of our old deck. Our deck looks amazing! I'm so excited to have friends over and invite them outside instead of avoiding it.

Our stamped patio and brushed sidewalk & shed pad turned out great! Tre was helpful and responsive. Juan was excellent at managing the project onsite with his Crew. Jonny went above and beyond to ensure any concerns were taken into consideration.
