Company provided an estimate in the fall, but winter set in and we couldn’t complete the project until warmer weather. Once they started they were very efficient and considerate of of our working around the disruption. They delivered what they promised, communicated well with us and our neighbors, provided unforeseen necessary work and enhancements, all at a reasonable rate. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for all of their services.

AAA Came out to my home today for an estimate, and I was very impressed. I felt he was genuine in his recommendations, and didn't oversell the project. Other companies will sometimes jump to the last resort to get the most out of the customer, but not AAA. I haven't scheduled the job yet, but this company is worth checking out!!

AAA employees were very professional from start to finish. They constructed a large concrete patio and dirt work. They made sure everything was done correctly. This the second job that AAA has performed for our family. Both jobs were done as conveyed to us. We would absolutely use this company again.

I contacted AAA basement and foundation repair to have my covered patio raised due to settling. I was amazed in how prompt in giving me an estimate and showed up on time. The worked was performed to my satisfaction and they kept me informed of the progress and the work being performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation or concrete repairs. Awesome job well done!!

My contact with AAA has been very positive. I was provided a bid this past week and met with Bill. Bill is extremely punctual, knowledgeable and professional. So far, they have earned my trust and confidence and I look forward to working with them. I will update my post once we move forward with the project.

Wes, Tucker and Austin were the best crew I have ever worked with. They were polite, professional and cleaned up everything perfectly. The egress window is very pretty and not obnoxious on the outside which is something I was concerned with. While I hope I don't need their services again, I would definitely make AAA Basement my very first call as everyone from the estimator to the office staff were great to work with. I am a very happy homeowner!

Edit: amending my review to 4 stars, we did eventually hear back from the business and they came out and fixed the installation issue. I appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right.

We had this company put in an egress window 5 months ago. They left us dirt to keep filling the areas that would settle. We used all the dirt, kept filling back towards the house as it settled. It was still not enough dirt and before we could get a company out to bring more dirt and grade the area better, we got a heavy rain. From this rain, we had water (mud) in our basement. The bottom of the egress window well busted out and it appeared to be hollow underneath. To make matters worse, the company will not call us back. Maybe if they’d responded promptly and had been willing to work with us, I wouldn’t have to leave a crummy review. I really believe a business should do the work start to finish - they should have made sure the area around the window ended up packed well enough to avoid leaking. I’m also pretty skeptical that any soil or gravel was packed in tight under the window considering I can see an open hole under the broken window well now. Sorry to say I don’t think I could recommend this business.

I bought a house that they “fixed” prior to
Me purchasing. I called them when we moved in because it wasn’t level. They came and “fixed” it again and it fell again. They came out and want to charge me several hundred dollars for something they can’t do right. I’ve called 3 times in the past couple weeks with no response. The beginning work prior to me buying the house they put pillars under a portion. Well it’s not level. And the quote to correct is over 16k. On their own work? How is this acceptable?

The crews are great. They did an excellent job and came up with a great idea for our rock scape front yard. Plus a 6’ft vinyl fence.
The latch broke on the double gate and they repaired it with no questions asked

My experience was far from satisfactory. Who we worked with directly was always running behind never showed up before 3 pm and then had to come back days later to finish project, but when job was "finished" the stain seal/color job wasn't fully covered. They used duck tape instead of paint tape and it pulled the paint and texture from our siding. When I called to talk to owner he came off annoyed and rude. Only reason I'm giving any stars is because he gave us a discount on total price, but the only reason I hired them was less work for me and now I'm finishing their job and fixing my home.

These guys know what they're doing. Punctual, efficient, quality work, and most importantly, they put the customer first. Ferran and his crew came out to my farm after I'd tried for FIVE DAYS to get another concrete curbing company to get out here. I'd finally reached my breaking point with this other curbing company (Northwest Edge Concrete Curbing) because they rescheduled on me several times. I only had 100ft of curbing that needed to be done, and it needed to get done before our next event. That didn't happen. They just decided to not show up.

Anyways, I was so fed up with Northwest Edge Concrete Curbing that I finally had to call around again. As soon as I got off the phone with Dundee Curbing I felt better. They took such good care of us, and did a beautiful job blending in the new curbing with our existing layout. I'd highly recommend them, and I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects. 😊

Dundee did an excellent job on curbing but score low on damage to existing sprinkler system. The crew punctured my sprinkler lines in 5 different locations. This was completely unnecessary and completely avoidable. They really need to be more careful when removing old landscape turf barriers. Welding pickaxes when a different tool would have done the trick is a careless approach to a very avoidable problem. Better training perhaps? Definitely need to have sprinkler follow-up and repair as a standard part of the job.
