We hired Kolenda for an extensive project including 3 retaining walls, a new foundation patio to support our 3 season porch and a driveway down and around the house. Their estimate was detailed enough to understand all the costs associated with the project. Their team worked hard and knocked this project out despite a few challenges we threw at them. They adapted and worked it all out for us. We are extremely happy with the results and are looking forward to using them for another project.

Our job had a few extra things to it that they help me take care of, and quickly! Everything happened so fast and I'm so excited about the end result. It turned out really nice. The price is pretty realistic for what we had done. There were no additional sales pitches or pushiness to do more than you can take on at that time. We did an 14'x16'(approx.) patio slab. Loved it. 10/10 recommend. Stay local!

Kurt is the best. He completed an incredibly complex job for me last year and I could not be happier with the results. He poured a reinforced concrete slab for a swim spa in my back yard, but he had a busy road, a steep slope, and several other obstacles to contend with. Completing the job properly took lots of creativity and problem solving on Kurt's part, but he did not shy away from the challenge. Others who came out to bid the job flat out refused to take it on. Kurt was on the only one to come up with a solution and get the work done. I unreservedly recommend Kolenda Concrete. You will not find better anywhere.

OUTSTANDING JOB!! Kurt, Juan, Jose, Victor and Brandon were extremely professional and easy to work with. My 20x20 slab is at the top of a hill, ~200’ up a decent incline. They placed boards down to protect the lawn and hugged the property line to do least amount of damage as possible. They pumped the concrete up the hill and cleaned up all concrete droppings when they were done (on hill from hose detach and at the slab). They were meticulous about making sure sides were straight, even, level, etc. It was also Kurt who informed me and my builder that we needed a permit and 14” footings with foam insulation. Building inspector provided requirements, Kurt and crew met them exactly. Cannot thank Kurt and crew enough for the work they did. (2 neighbors stopped and asked them to do work at their house as well). These guys are the best in the business, top notch work ethic and all around great guys. Thank you!!

Kurt and his crew were able to fit us in his schedule and knock out our project very quickly. The crew was great and he has several young men that he is mentoring. All the guys were very respectful. I would hire this crew again; no question about it.

We had this company put in a new driveway and sidewalk for us. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them for any concrete jobs that are needed. Their cleanup afterwards was also very good. They left no messes behind. Kurt Kolenda was absolutely the nicest guy, explaining everything to me.

As a builder, I've had many experiences with concrete contractors. By far, the best slab I've ever seen was from Kolenda! Not only was it incredibly strong, square to within 1/8", with a beautiful finish, Kurt was extremely helpful with all the questions we had and even those we didn't know we had and the crew was clean and professional.

Kolenda Concrete recently replaced my driveway and sidewalk. My driveway is odd shaped with several radiused areas, slopes and angles. In addition, I have landscaping that buts right up to the driveway. Kurt and his crew did a fantastic job. They showed up on the day they said they would (a rarity these days) and worked long, hard days to finish the job. I watched the crew take great pains to build a durable base, protect my landscape and make the driveway as durable and attractive as they could. Kurts crew is highly skilled and quality focused. We hired Kurt and his crew to install two new patios - one very large with a circular fire pit connected to our new deck and one smaller for a hot tub. Both turned out great and are still beautiful one year later! His crew was fabulous to work with - friendly, patient, communicated well with us, and were thoughtful about our property and clean-up. I am a very picky person and have worked on new construction projects for 30 years. I hired Kolenda to pour a slab and the project expanded into two driveways, each with their own challenges regarding water drainage. Slope was perfect, drainage is perfect, quality of workmanship and attention to detail was best I have ever seen. Kurt and team were really impressive. Won't use anyone else. Price was fair

I’ve hired Kolenda concrete for a few projects around the house as well as referred him to a few others I know. Kurt and his team did a patio under my deck and a round patio out back with a fire pit. Both turned out better than expected. The team was proficient on site and went above and beyond when it came to meeting my needs. Kolenda Concrete is all you need for your concrete project. We had Kurt and his crew put in an exposed aggregate patio at my home and couldn't be happier. Kurt was professional and his attention to detail was superb. We will be doing phase two next year and am already looking forward to working with Kurt again.

Phase two just completed and it looks as great as the job he did last year. Now I have a 12 x 24 and a 12 x 28 exposed aggregate patio that looks great. No wood deck areas in sight. Kurt is a great guy in charge of a great crew that does it all and cleans up when their done. Couldn't be happier. I'm just sorry that I don't have a phase three for him to do.
