I was looking around for a concrete company and decided to go with Texan Concrete Specialist. It was one of the best decisions I ever made, they were very professional and easy to get in contact with. Group of guys were very friendly and knowledgeable on what they were doing and performed an outstanding job. I would happily do work with them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a unique need for a concrete for a slab that's to be used as a garage/shed, but the placement needed to be a certain way. John and the team were able to make it happen in 2 days. The team was professional, quick, and beat a competitor's quote to win the job. Thanks for making it such a smooth process!

John gave me a very reasonable quote to fix my broken concrete patio. As a young couple we had a very tight budget and he was able to offer suggestions and solutions that helped us stay within budget. His crew came out the next day and had the work done before 5 PM! Everything looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs concrete work in the future! I included before and after photos for reference. Still can’t believe they were able to do this in one day!

I recently had these guys repair our driveway, and they did a great job! I found them through my neighbor, who also used them to repair his driveway. They were, by far, the most reasonably priced. Scheduling was very easy, and they were able to get me in the same week. To my surprise, the job was completed in one day (way before I got home from work, and they started at 9am). Perhaps the most telling about them, one of the sprinkler heads was broken in the process, but they fixed it, without asking. Total move of integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, so I have no problem recommending others do the same. Thanks, guys!!

Very easy to communicate with. Everyone was extremely nice and flexible with timing. The garage floor looks absolutely fantastic! Will definitely use again.

I had them put in a driveway in my front yard in 2024. I had a them do a brick border as well. It was a bad call on my part, as the brick border is cracked and broken in multiple places. So I am having it removed and replaced.

After the brick was removed, I found that they failed to support the brick with rebar, and even worse, the slabs were only 2-3 inches thick. One of the slabs is already cracking.

I'm pretty disappointed in the poor quality of work.
The slabs should have been at least 4" and the aprons 6".

I guess they saved money by pouring a thinner slab.
It looked good for a few months, but I will likely have to replace it again in a few years.

If you want quality, look elsewhere.

We've worked with Texan Concrete Specialists for over 5 years and have never had a single issue. They truly live up to their name—specialists. Our sites involve very heavy equipment, and their pads have held up perfectly for years—no cracks, no failures, unlike others we've tried. If you want the job done right without having to babysit, these are the guys.

We got a brand new driveway and concrete front patio all in one day. They also removed some concrete in our backyard that we wanted gone — free of charge.

I got multiple quotes, and Texan Concrete was the cheapest, but their work was great. I was able to ask questions to the foreman throughout the day and he was very helpful.

John’s initial visit to scope out the work was great as well. Great communication and vision for the work done.

Great service and quality. The transaction was very easy and they kept their word on when they would be there, the cost of the job and when they would be done. The team worked very quickly and they were did it all in a day. Not a huge job - 12x8 pad, joined to the existing patio. I appreciate how they were fair in pricing. I hired Texas Concrete Specialist for a patio extension and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Their work is top-notch, and they were patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.

I did not have a huge budget, but my patio was a mess. I told them my situation and they wanted to help me. Regardless how small my job was, they brought an army of guys and equipment to get the job done in a couple of hours. I have never experienced this before with any contractor in my life. They seriously pulled out the red carpet for me. Amazing people and I will always be forever thankful.

As we all know actually getting home improvement jobs done with complete satisfaction is not always a guarantee. It's a leap of faith. Therefore we are pleased to report complete satisfaction with Texas Concrete Specialists. The quality of finish is visibly there. The crew was courteous, respectful while enjoying their work. Unfortunately, I feel scammed. Not only did they not come back to finish (and repair) the concrete job that was supposed to be done this spring, they have blocked my calls, and ignore my emails. Truly disappointing…Unethical and unacceptable.
