Gregory is courteous, punctual, professional and very easy to work with. He did the quoted work in a timely manner. During the pour and while working he took the time to answer all of my many questions. I would definitely hire Gregory in the future should the need arise.

I hired BCG Concrete for a slab project and paid a deposit based on their bid. Later, the owner Gregory Rice admitted he hadn’t inspected the site before quoting and then demanded more money due to a tree stump. When I said I had a fixed budget and wouldn’t pay extra, he started yelling over me on the phone. I told him I preferred email-only communication going forward, but he continued being unprofessional. Be cautious—this company bid without evaluating the job and didn’t disclose that costs could change after payment.

Not only was he able to provide a quote same day on the work, but scheduling, permitting, and payments were a breeze thanks to his websites organization. Having a professional and smooth experience was super refreshing as it can be hard to get many contractors in this area to show up on time and do the job agreed to. I would highly recommend BCG for any concrete work in the future will absolutely use BCG for any future work I need to do in this area.

Greg and his crew surpassed my expectations. He was able to match an existing slab to a newer elevated area that looks like it was planned for. As well as laid out a few other projects with zero issues. He was very responsive with any issues that arose on my side and with questions that I always had. His can do/will do attitude(even after changes and additions on my end) and attention to detail hit the mark in my book. I already have an additional project that I will be calling him back for if that says anything. Simply put I highly recommend him! 18x50 slab, 17x30ish slab, 5x5 slab...plus additional shoring of my culvert pipe up front not shown in pics.

Scheduling was quick, answered all my questions confidently. Crew showed up on time- talked over my concerns and made sure we were on the same page- they got right to work! It was a smaller job - A concrete patio to replace a deck by our pool! The crew was excellent! The concrete mixing truck driver was great too. Cautious when backing that big truck into the driveway. Everyone was respectful of my property- not to spill, or slop concrete in the lawn or driveway. 10-10!! All did an excellent job!

Greg and his crew poured a pad for our RV storage building and side shed. Greg was very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. He and his crew did an outstanding job and their work was very neat and precise. They also cleaned up after themselves when the job was done.

I ruined my sidewalks by using salt on them to melt the ice - they absorbed the salt then expanded, blowing lots of chunks out of them so I decided to replace them since they looked so bad. Unlike other companies, Gregory with BCG responded quickly to my request for estimate. He impressed me with his knowledge and promised that he would be able to minimize damage to my lawn so I decided to go with him even though he was a bit higher on price. He was willing to work with me so I asked him to put in two PVC culverts I had under my new sidewalk so the yard runoff could drain properly - and he did; I also had a bad spot on my garage foundation where rain water would pool next to my garage and rot my wood structure - he cut out a portion of my foundation and crafted the new cement so the water would gently drain from the bad spot and solve my problems. It all looks great! He was able to minimize damage to my lawn as promised and they cleaned up nicely after all the work was done. Since I was afraid the UPS guy might walk across the newly poured cement to lay a package on my porch, he even posted warning tape along the walk to help avoid that problem.

Greg was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for my job. He gave me a start date and a completion date and then he and his crew did exactly what he said they would do. They removed my existing patio and replaced it with a much larger patio to be used as a basketball court among other things. They also installed the concrete base and anchor bolts for my basketball goal. They worked very hard. They were very courteous, and I enjoyed interacting with them. The concrete looks great. They did a great job. It was a pleasure to work with Greg. I highly recommend BCG Construction.

Greg was very responsive to all my questions. He was very easy to make additions to the original estimate as I changed the scope of the job a couple of times as I finalized my needs. He provided a written contract and gave me an expected start and finish date. He actually was able to complete the job early, which was a bonus. His crew was courteous and skilled and the finished concrete looks great. They cleaned up afterwards and I'm very pleased with the results and the final price. Great job!

We had a patio by our pool and deck replaced that was a total eye sore due to previous work by another contractor. We also had a much needed drain installed. Gregory and his team were very professional and did a great job!
