Please explain why I called to inquire was given a speech about services, told to send information about the job and that the next day I would get a call back for no one to ever communicate back. Seems really shady and unprofessional. How do you all get these companies to come out and give you a quote????

Cleared a brush area and brought in some fill to prep for a shed. Company was responsive. Quoting system is detailed and easy to use. Completed the work on time and as quoted, can’t ask for much more than that.

Shovel Kings installed our pool. They also removed tree limbs for the installation. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The pool looks great!

Dude in a shovel king truck pulling a backhoe down 64 almost killed all of us not paying attention and speeding while pulling equipment and didn’t see the exit ramp traffic then swerved into the left lane into the moving traffic last second, the proceeded to drive 75+ down 264 riding bumpers. Couldn’t find main number to report truck

Came out to Hampton VA to help my daughter with some projects, including removing and replacing a driveway. These guys were really responsive, came out same day, and gave us a good quote. The came out several days later and completed the job start to finish in about 5 hours. Very professional and Quality work.

Recently had a patio addition with a fire pit added. Shovel Kings did a great job and in a timely manner. They gave a competitive price and were also very professional. Their work exceeded our expectations and we are so pleased! My family has enjoyed it so much!!

The owner of Shovel Kings is very professional and courtesy. We needed some masonry pointing work on our front and back steps. I found this company online, called the number a late Sunday afternoon by Monday they were here working on our steps. A completely satisfied customer here. I highly recommend this company if you need pointing or any other masonry work done.

Shovel Kings is Grade A when it comes to tackling a job. I had a massive tree stump and 4 smaller tree stumps that had to be removed. On top of that, I needed roots removed and yard graded. Stumps removed, roots pulled out, holes filled in and leveled, sand spread, top soil spead, hay spread, and grass laid out. AMAZING WORK. They were in and out in 2 days! We RAN INTO a snag but without any hesitation, the owner, made it right. Shovel Kings has a very skilled and integral group of workers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL SCOPE OF WORK THAT SHOVEL KINGS PROVIDES. The Quality and Integrity can not be matched.

I have photographed for Shovel Kings for several years. While I have never personally hired them, I have seen many jobs through from start to finish. From a simple home repair, to a whole backyard makeover, to a new corporate business location from demo to ribbon cutting. I contacted shovel kings for a repair estimate of a soffit removal, they sounded very knowledgeable, and told me we might have to relocate plumbing, they scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. The day of the appointment no one arrives, 18 minutes after the appointment time I receive a phone call telling me they are not coming because they need to either renovate my entire kitchen or they can't do the job. Loss of time, money and effort.. 10/10 would not recommend.
