Jose and his crew did an amazing job on our back patio. He was helpful in the design process and had ideas on how to improve the look we wanted. He and the crew showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly and for a fair price. I would highly recommend Nova Concrete for your concrete needs.

Very happy to have chosen Nova Concrete to replace my garage floor in July of 2023. A couple of other companies refused to bid on the job or even come look at it. Some even recommended demo-ing the entire garage. Nova did an amazing job in explaining a couple different approaches to handling my specific problem, and spoke from a place that they've handled similar situations. The initial estimate was very close to the final pricing and the job was done exactly as described. I'm writing this review 6 months after the pour, because I wanted to wait in case there were any issues. Thanks for the great work.

We requested three different bids for this job. Nova Concrete spent the most time to design a solution that worked best for us. They always offered us the most cost-friendly option and didn't charge extra for some of the things other concrete contractors said they'd charge for. They went out of their way to order a special stamp that we liked. The crew was fast, thorough, and always respectful of our property. We are incredibly happy with the results. See the attached photo for yourself to see how much our dog enjoys our new driveway/sidewalk. We recommend Nova Concrete, especially if you want to support minority & women-owned small businesses.

Had Jose come out to look at a smaller project. He respectfully told me his company focuses on a little bit larger projects and took 10 minutes to explain to me how to do it myself. What a great sincere company!!

I am so happy with the work Nova Concrete did at my house. I thought the garage was a lost cause but they were able to pick it up, replace the floor and foundation and put it back in place with no damage. They also replaced my apron and added a pathway on the side of the garage. They were very responsive to my requests and questions. Their business manager Olivia is very easy to work with as is the foreman Jose. They were also very courteous to my neighbors, moving equipment right away when needed. I would hire them again for sure.

We hired Nova Concrete for two jobs: foundations and floor for an addition and creating a new patio in front of the house. Both jobs were finished on time, on budget and were beautifully done. We couldn't be happier with the results. We had a general idea of how the patio would look but really, Jose was the one who created the final look. He's an artist with concrete. Also, his crew work together like a well-oiled machine.

We were pretty nervous about replacing our deck with a patio, but it was the best decision we could have made for our backyard space. Jose was great to work with- he was quick to respond to messages and creative in helping us plan the shape, color, and stamp pattern. He was also kind and patient when we changed things mid-project. His hard working, friendly crew is highly skilled at what they do. We love the finished product and will definitely call them the next time we have a job requiring concrete.

The entire Nova team was great to work with: very responsive, professional, and high-quality work. They removed our front steps and a portion of the front sidewalk, enclosed the old well pit under the front steps, and replaced a large patio in the back of the house. Jose and his crew are very hard workers and they have great skills. We are extremely happy with the results!

Nova Concrete was awesome. We hired Nova for 4 different projects. Our focus was a concrete patio in the back, and a small one in the front along with a new driveway and front sidewalk. When meeting with Nova the seemed very confident, understood what we wanted and able to do the projects we needed. Their bid came back very reasonable and they stayed true to it at the end. They were also able to excavate and get rid of rock beds, bushes, old stair, and the old sidewalk and driveway. I had a lot of questions before and during the construction process and they were always willing to listen and work with us. Nova was friendly, easy to talk to and customer service oriented. They worked hard to create what we were looking for. Everything looks great and above our expectations. The jobsite was cleaned up nicely and we are now enjoying our space.

Jose came over and took a look at some concerns we had re. our basement subfloor. He went above and beyond to assess the root of the problem during our visit, and helped me figure out that we did not need the extent of work that other contractors were claiming we did. It really says something about the integrity of a company that they will provide an honest opinion, even at the cost of losing potential business. We saved ourselves time and unneeded expenses thanks to Jose, and if we ever need more services in the future, I won't hesitate to use Nova Concrete!

Nova Concrete did an amazing job of putting in a basketball court, new patio, sidewalk and stairs in our backyard and we love it! They were amazing people to work with and we are so happy with the finished product! We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Jose came out right away to give us an estimate. The cost to replace our retaining was very reasonable. He and his crew were fast, efficient, highly skilled, respectful of our neighbors driveway and cleaned up afterwards. We are planning our next phase of the retaining wall replacement and hopefully our driveway as well.

Had Nova do two driveways for us. Absolutely solid work, excellent communication and competitive pricing. Will not hire anyone else other than Nova going forward.

We hired Nova Concrete to redo our sidewalk leading to our garage and add a concrete patio and sidewalks to the back and sides of our rebuilt garage. Scheduling and communication was excellent with Olidia. Jose and his crew were fast and efficient. They did all of this in one day! Jose came out for the estimate and actually thought about how the patio would be created due to the slight slope in our yard. He explained and talked through it with us which gave us confidence everything would be done properly. Olidia, Jose, the crew were all super friendly.

We highly recommend Nova! Their price was fair and very reasonable. We will definitely call them in the future for any other concrete needs!

Jose was nice enough but it took forever to get the job scheduled. Then it was scheduled for Oct which in MN isn't the best time because it was in the 30's. When the with started he was short-handed so it wasn't the smoothest execution. Despite that the drive looked nice, then in a couple months after completion the edge by the drive started to heave upwards with the frost about 2 inches causing damage to the garage trim, a trip hazard at the garage entry, and a place for ice to build up and freeze the door shut. I contacted Jose and he was quick to come and look at the issue, and said he would return in the spring to fix it. The drive cracked in a few places that winter which I left him a message about, but I never heard from him again. Not cool.

Nova concrete was much less expensive than the other bids, but maybe it would have been worth it to spend the extra.
