Maintaining the 5 star level for this company was a no brainer. I received a ticket to fix my sidewalk on Monday with an appearance in court for Thursday. I called Adrian on Monday afternoon, he offered a competitive bid and had my permit same day. The two man crew got here early the next morning. They had to pull up the old sidewalk and remove large roots from our tree that had made the sidewalk bulge upwards creating a hazard for pedestrians. The job was done very well and they even fixed our mailbox for us. Highly recommend this company, hard to get such timely courteous service these day. Resolved our issues with the City.

Adrian and his team were great! They were able to complete our driveway in three days- everything was done on time, neatly, and we were told what to expect every step of the way. If the option to give them 10 stars was a choice, I’d give them 10! We will definitely use them in the future, as we have projects in the works for our home.

By far one of the cleanest contractors I’ve ever used. They left the area looking better than when they arrived. Very honest guy Adrian the owner. All his workers are very good thorough and clean. Highly recommend them for your Concrete job. They did a fantastic job at my house.

I highly recommend Dunkan Concrete. Adrian and his crew just completed a brick wall for us and we love it. The wall looks terrific and the details in the workmanship are fantastic. The team is professional, friendly and hard workers. One thing I especially appreciated is how they cleaned up the entire area so well when finished, including leveling out and raking, removing any items dug up and extra trash. The yard looks so much better.

Look at these before and after photos! Dunkan Concrete transformed my backyard by removing the stained, cracked, pitted concrete slab that had been there 75 years and replacing with a pristine new slab. The dogs and I are so happy!

Duncan CONCRETE did an excellent job laying my 20 x 20 Concrete slab at 5 AM this morning. He watched his whole crew well they did an excellent job. My slab came out perfectly. They were done within four hours. I could not ask for more from Adrian. You need to call this guy.

From meeting him, creating the estimate, planning, communication, job execution and billing, it couldn't have gone better. His crewmen were great guys, Adrian was 100% on-scene throughout the project, and their attention to detail was flawless. Of noteworthy value is the company culture he's created: every crewman brings his own drinking water container, so no dreaded single-use water bottles littering-up your property. The entire crew breaks and lunches together as well on the same wife-made food, attesting to a cohesive and truly team culture. Oh, and my new driveway is awesome!

He was able to repair and remodel our small courtyard so that it's beautiful and even better than originally built.

Fantastic experience with Owner, Adrian. He was very quick to come. Give me an excellent quote at a very good price and delivered on every aspect of the project. We have a beautiful new concrete driveway to replace our old asphalt. Our driveway is very steep and I worried about the concrete installation but it is perfection! We were also able to add color to the concrete, with Adrian, at a more reasonable price than I found anywhere else. The borders of our old driveway had beautiful rock work, which Adrian was able to keep and maintain while installing the new concrete driveway.. This required meticulous care which he and his team showed in abundance.

Adrian & crew are excellent! So professional and courteous. We are both wheelchair users and are very particular about accessibility. Adrian listened to our needs and delivered. I couldn't recommend Dunkan Concrete any higher!

We used Dunkan Concrete in July 2024 for two different slab pours and we will definitely be using them for any future concrete needs! The company was honest, communicative, and the entire crew was respectful of our property and home.

Company Owner:
We had an excellent time working with Adrian, the company owner. He was very responsive, professional, and accommodating with meeting times to work with our busy schedule. Adrian helped us throughout the permitting process and made the normally difficult process of meeting with Tucson City Inspectors a breeze. This was a large and expensive project for us so we naturally had a lot of questions, which Adrian was more than happy to answer. He always met our questions with logic and enthusiasm.

Slab Details:
One slab was a 30’x70’ which required footers, special rebar, specific gradient requirements, and inspections because it is the foundation for a large steel building. The slab passed inspection on the first try with no hiccups.
The second slab was a 13’x22’ slab which was an addition to an already poured concrete slab. This slab has turned out beautifully and Dunkan Concrete matched the existing slab perfectly!

Cost:
Dunkan Concrete was the second highest estimate that we received, but the service and quality of work was well worth the cost! Adrian was by far the most communicative and responsive concrete contractor we interviewed for the project.

He is a BBB accredited and has excellent A ratings with BBB, with no complaints.

This is a fantastic company to do your concrete. Adrian (Owner) was very personable, polite and professional. He answered all my questions without hesitation and with confidence. The crew are happy, friendly and professional. They are obviously happy working for Adrian. They were even singing songs as they were working. The pricing is extremely competitive and the results are top notch. They even fixed a few of my bricks while they were at it, free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

Hire them. If you need concrete work - big or small - hire them. Don't call anyone else. Any company that takes the name of their beloved pet, "Dunkan", should be admired. Adrian is the man. He tends to like text exchanges rather than phone calls, but that worked out great. He knew the questions to ask me before he committed to the work, showed up a day early, brought a very experienced crew, and they did outstanding work. I know concrete. I worked with concrete. Adrian and his crew were awesome. Very patient with our long process of deciding. Very friendly and professional when they were here. It was a big job, and they did a GREAT job. Any questions we had or concerns, Adrian was quick to answer and address. We had a gravel driveway before (with broken up old asphalt underneath that) and the new look is just amazing! We 100% recommend Adrian / Dunkan Concrete. You will NOT be disappointed. We would hire them again in an instant! (These pictures are from right after when it wasn't dry yet fully and it's still in the process of curing. So it doesn't show it in its full glory but you get the idea! Very excellent work).

Polite, Professional, and Phenomenal!

Adrian and his team were awesome from the start and all the way to the end. Very hard working, friendly team and Adrian is very personable to talk to.

They had to demo an existing driveway pad that had a Mesquite tree root underneath. Dug out the root effortlessly. They cleaned up when done and left the property looking in better shape.

I had a great experience with Dunkan Concrete. I received a notice from the City to repair my sidewalk and reached out for a quote. They sent me a quote quickly and when I was ready to move forward, they scheduled the repairs for that weekend. The crew arrived promptly. They were very professional and did a great job in replacing the damaged sidewalk areas. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dunkan Concrete for your needs!

I had an excellent experience with Dunkan concrete last month. Adrian really listened about why we wanted to remove our old concrete and offered options upon how to install new concrete to best meet our aesthetic wishes and practical needs while saving money. I am glad that we hired Adrian and his crew because:
1. Adrian and I were able to work out an exact price and payment schedule prior to starting work that did not change.
2. Adrian and his crew were able to start work earlier than originally stated on the bid - so they exceeded my timeline expectations. I always knew what was happening and when people would be on my property.
3. Adrian and his crew had no problems at all with rapidly correcting where my household foundation needed repair and merging with the new concrete that did not meet my exact expectations first time around. Matching repairs to new concrete is difficult. Rodolfo promptly removed the first repair attempt to make a better repair within the week.
4. I know nothing about laying concrete. But what I do know is that Adrian's crew spent a good deal of time with preparing the property for the concrete to look right and hopefully last long. They moved plenty of dirt to ensure proper grading that made sense to my drainage needs.
The pony wall repairs were fantastic and cost effective. Dankan made my neighbor boundary pony wall look brand spanking new!

We contacted Adrian at Dunkan concrete based on high mark reviews. We needed a new driveway with removal of the existing (broken asphalt and gravel). Adrian came to give an estimate, explained the job and that evening we revived a quote. I had many questions about the job which Adrian was always happy to fully answer and explain. Initially we wanted exposed aggregate, but decided on pavers instead. 4500sf of pavers…. They did an amazing job! Took 2 weeks, durning beautiful sunny weather as well as during rain. Adrian was at the job site everyday. The crew seems very happy working for the company, singing and laughing a lot while working very hard. We are very happy and satisfied with the final results and would recommend Dunkan concrete full heartedly. Thank you Adrian.
