Concrete Contractor reviews across the US

Castor was great to work with. We had weather obstacles that demanded patience and communication and Castor was very flexible. When the work commenced his crew was efficient and hard working. I can easily recommend and will probably be calling them when I have future need.

By far the most all around snow plow company you will ever find. Give them a call, my car dealership is glad we did.

The ingratta team is great did a porch and a driveway on my new build. Came out gave a free estimate gave opinions on what would look best. I have never seen quality work completed in such a timely manor. Would recommend ingratta for all concrete and drainage needs. Experience results in quality work. Over the Past 7 years Ingratta has completed various excavation and concrete work for me and my company.

Amazing work done quickly! We had purchased a new 5 axis CNC machine for our Injection molding operation located in Oldcastle. It required a large pit, these guys broke out the existing concrete, excavated the pit formed the walls, set up the steel base and poured all in one week turn around. Would absolutely recommend these guys, oh and we hired them to come back and pour a floor in our 4000 sqft expansion turned out smooth as glass. Can't say enough about these guys!

Bad attitude, rude and not helpful. Apparently my money wasn't good enough for them. I was told they have more important jobs to do and to find someone else. Wouldn't even give a referral.

We used Ingratta Cement when we built our new home. They did the basement, driveway, and sidewalk. Frank and Mike even suggested we add a patio in the backyard and we couldn't be happier that we did! The kids love playing down on it and it added a large seating area to our back yard. If I ever need anything done again I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

This company waterproofed our crawl space. Time will tell if they did an effective job. As for the cement drive and stamped patio- damn, what an unprofessional job. The cuts they put in the driveway sections look rough and uneven, and they are a good 3" from the side of the house. Our neighbors' new driveway is cut right to the house brick. They sprayed a sealant/gloss on the stamped patio which got oversprayed onto our sunroom siding, then as the worker was walking back to his truck, he dribbled sealant all down our newly paved drive. We were told by the owner that WE could buy cleaner! We DO NOT recommend this company.

Finally making a review. I hired Ingratta Cement to redo my concrete patio and sidewalk. They did the work in June 2019. I never asked for a deal. We decided to extend the sidewalk along the driveway to make it longer as well. The pictures with comments show what I received. Very sloppy work. They were very rude and unprofessional. Yelling and swearing at each other on the job. Total rush job. I hired them based on the level of experience they have, but I received very poor workmanship and they refused to fix it or give me any money back. Told me it looked great and they were satisfied with it. Told me "sometimes the younger generation you just can't please it." <------Yeah. I had it redone in August 2019 as I was not happy with my brand new concrete at all, and found out by the company that redid it, that the concrete wasn't even 4 inches thick as was agreed upon, and it was only a matter of time before it cracked. It was 2 inches thick in some areas, 3 inches in others. I have pictures as well of that. Not consistent. The gravel base wasn't good either, which is very important with concrete. Very poorly done. I asked for wire mesh to be put in and that was on my invoice/contract. The company that redid it told me the wire mesh was left on the ground (I have pictures when they tore it out), which does nothing for the concrete as it has to be pulled up a bit, and none was put where the sidewalk is along my house. Now if you look past the terrible look of it, you can also see from the pictures that I had issues with water pooling/puddling in multiple areas along the side of my house with a negative slope, and throughout the concrete patio and sidewalk. Thus finalizing my decision to redo it. Not to mention all of this happened while on my maternity leave, 4 months post-partum. What a nightmare.

I had Ingratta cement apply concrete to my rear yard and around the pool. Too many areas of poor workmanship to keep silent. They did not start with a base of gravel before installing the concrete but rather they used recycled concrete along with pieces of bricks and metal mixed in as their base. A day after the job was done, I called the owner, Frank and proceeded to show him the sub-standard work. He said I was too fussy and I told him that I was not willing to pay for the completed job that was by the way around $4000.00 more than he quoted me. In addition, there is ponding of water after a rain in a low area left behind. So here we are, concrete in place dry and hard, all I could do is ask for some money off the price. When I showed Frank all the issues, I asked for some money back, he asked me if I was Jewish, what a thing to say. NOT GOOD.

Had a few quotes for excavation and a new septic system. Called Mike for excavation and got a really reasonable deal. Then he cut our septic system install cost almost in half! Was $27,000 but he was able to remove, re-install larger and put two runs in for $18,000!
And he was very professional in the way he did the work. -
The entire driveway installation process was seamless, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly Keystone Concrete staff.

We used Keystone Contractor’s sidewalk repair services and were very satisfied.
