I can’t recommend Jose and his team more. From initial inquiry to final product in 8 days. He replaced our broken cement carport in federal hill in a quick and timely manner. Consistent communication and a great price! Will use his company again if ever needed. Thanks Jose!

He and his team did a very professional and excellent job. He brought me along throughout the process and answered every question I had. They went above and beyond by fixing things in my yard that would make the end product flawless. All my pipes where hidden underground as requested in a very professional way. Orellana Construction LLC did an outstanding job demolishing my old driveway and installing a new concrete driveway. The work was high quality. His team took the time to tamp down the backfill dirt and placed wire mesh. The owner, Jose, was extremely attentive to my needs.

This company is Awesome..Jose is the owner. He is very reasonable with his pricing, very knowledgeable, very polite and very professional. He perfects the job at hand. Updating my review as I've had a hard time getting a response from the owner. Within a month of the work Jose and his team did I started having water come into my basement again. Jose didn't respond until I followed up twice, only to tell me that water in my neighbor's yard was going to keep causing leaks. If that was the case I would have not paid a few thousand dollars if he was unsure his work would completely remedy the problem. No offer to come back out and check the work or anything. This isn't the way to do business. Totally unacceptable, as I trusted him to be honest and fix the problem as he assured me he could.

Jose and his crew installed a fairly large stamped concrete patio and sitting walls for us. They went above and beyond our expectations, and made our vision come to life. Great communication, neat, cleaned up after every day of work, and respectful. We highly recommend Jose and his team. You will not be disappointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jose and his team. I needed my front sidewalk and porch stairs done and every other contractor was either obviously trying to rip me off or completely unreliable. Jose came by, looked at what I needed to be done, and gave me a very fair and honest price.

When it was time to work, his team came by on time and completely the job that day. They were pleasant and professional and VERY efficient. The finished work exceeded by expectations and I will definitely use this company for future work.

I had two projects done at my home, and I could not have had a better experience. Jose and his crew redid the tile on my front porch, as well as rebuilt a retaining wall in my back yard. Both projects were done with exceptional detail, the team was always super nice and professional, and the rates were extremely reasonable. Jose regularly checked in to make sure everything was being done as I wanted and I was happy with the work, as well as returned calls and texts promptly. Definitely will be my go to for any more construction needs.

Jose & his crew did an excellent job of removing old concrete & putting down a large section in our backyard & a tiered sidewalk on the side of our house. All the guys were extremely friendly & seemed very happy doing their job. Took their time cleaning everything up. End result is amazing & we couldn't be happier. Jose is fantastic, along with his entire team. He did my front sidewalk that other companies refused to do, or wanted to charge double or more to do it. They did it and it looks better than anyone else’s concrete in the neighborhood. You cannot go wrong using Jose.

I highly recommend Jose and his team. He responded quickly and was at my house the next day for an estimate. Jose and his crew worked fast and the finished concrete driveway exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again in the future.

We needed a new shower pan and new tile. The price was very reasonable and the work was very high quality. It was done quickly When they told us it should take about a week, we were skeptical. Another company had told us 28 days. Jose and his crew were done in the time they told us they would be. The results are beautiful.

My driveway sat dug up blacktop for 7 days it only took them two days to finish the excavation that the other contractor didn’t do. I was very stressed until they did their experience workmanship. Jose and the entire professional team were amazing. We received the best quote, exceptional service and the most attention to detail. As a homeowner we tend to switch gears in the middle of a project and Jose was always able to accommodate. The project was extensive and lasted almost a month. We went on two separate vacations during that time where there was no supervision other than the Ring camera. The work was steady and constant. We were exceptionally pleased at the result. Very disappointed on how the concrete pad and porch turned out. They had elevated by porch pad by 4 inches where it didn’t meet my landscape steps. Now I have hire a mason to figure out how to match the elevation to my new pad. Secondly, they elevated my front porch sidewalk which caused them to pitch my final landing pad at my driveway at a steep angle; that created an awkward step down to the driveway about 10inches and slipping hazard. Lastly, I tried to call him to set an appointment to go over the issue and he now doesn’t answer my calls. Very disappointed. I would avoid this contractor.

Now you respond after I post a review. I left voice messages and text messages for you to call me back. I was polite and requested an onsite meeting to discuss the situation. You are the professional contactor, and saw the existing grade of the concrete. But you didn't match the grade of the pad or sidewalk which caused certain trip hazard issues. You left track marks in my parents yard and destroyed the grass. Plus you didn't properly place back the fence post you removed to allow you to bring in the equipment. Photos are uploaded for you to see the errors. All this could of been avoided if you would professionally return my calls and met me on site to discuss solutions.

Jose and his team did a remarkable job with my concrete slab in my yard. I have hosted many family events and used as a sport court for my son. I could not have been more pleased with their work! 5-Stars! I would highly recommend and will be calling them again for my next hardscaping needs.
